The pho bo was unfortunately underwhelming. The broth lacked depth and proper seasoning, and the garnish was limited to just a few coriander leaves without any ginger, leaving the flavors flat. That said, the experience was lifted by the warm and proactive service; the lady serving was genuinely pleasant and attentive, which made the visit more enjoyable despite the food falling short of expectations.

The food was not up to standard. They used a microwave oven to reheat meat. The iced Vietnamese coffee contained condensed milk that was not stirred – it was difficult to stir with all the ice.
