I have always loved Carls Jr. I always go at least once a week to get my breakfast burger. I noticed couple weeks ago it had less hashbrowns. I thought maybe it was a mistake but no, I went 2 days later and same thing. But now I went and it only had 3 hashbrowns. I went inside and asked why they are putting less. No cashier was at the register, but the cook came to help me (she was very nice and polite) I asked why it had less hashbrowns than before. She told me it is supposed to have 6 or 7. But she said the new leader which she said her name is Anna, that she makes them only put 3 or 4, to NOT put anymore so that they can save money. I told the cook thanks for answering my question and walked away. This is NOT okay if we are paying for what the burger is supposed to have. How is a leader going to be doing this. Forcing employees to reduce items for what we are supposed to be getting complete what we are paying for.

Most of the time I have no issues with this location. The food is always fresh, tasty, the cashiers are always friendly. But I over he last couple of months, they’re closed randomly. I’m talking 8:30pm or near that time the first few times and then last night at 1:45am. Now, I thought maybe they close early so last night was my bad but the hours say open 24 hours. That still doesn’t explain being closed at 8:30 p.m. a few times

Why have rewards if the rewards is getting shafted! Small lemonade is $3.00 because it’s all natural! So I finally decided to redeem my reward for it and the app says it can’t redeem it as it’s having problems and to try again later. But alas the lemonade (AT FULL CHARGE AND UNREMOVABLE).

I went to this Carl’s Jr.‘s on Friday, November 14 around 10:50 AM when I arrive, the lady spoke on the intercom to take my order after that I cannot hear anything on the intercom and continuously said hello. No one was responding. I then pulled to the window and the lady eventually came to the window. She claims that she asked what toy I wanted I explained I cannot hear anything on the intercom. She said well I was saying something and you have to go back around to order again and wait in line, I will never be visiting this Carl’s Jr. again. The service was rude and I feel I should not have to wait in line all over again because I cannot hear anything through the intercom.

Asked for no mustard and no pickle on my burger. I got what I wanted… Technically. They gave me a burger with nothing on it! And the drinks were flat when I poured them. Dismal place.

I just had a terrible experience at this Carl’s Jr. I tried to place an order, but the staff told me their cook wasn’t in, so they couldn’t make any food at all. How does a restaurant not have someone to cook? That’s the most basic part of running the business. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time to come here only to be turned away. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Sunday 820pm . Decided to run inside to order since there was about 8 cars in the drive thru and nobody inside, I ordered a single burger and 1 meal. No lie I waited 20 minutes for my order. The guy that took my order disappeared in the back, the whole drive thru line got their order before I got mine. I end up coming here instead of McDonald’s or Taco bell since it’s always busy there, it looks dead but for some reason always takes a ridiculous long time to recieve order without having any customers. The time before this I ordered at drive thru 8 sliders when I got home there was only 5, I paid for 8. Always check your order before you leave. I’d rather go to Wendy’s up the street from now on.

Staying next door at the motel 6. I really wanted Carl’s jr for dinner. I went there at 8 pm on a Saturday night. They have all there doors locked. You can’t even walk in there to order. They want you to go through the drive thru. That’s not right. What’s the point of having the inside dining area if they are going to be closed that early on a Saturday night. Keep in mind this place is supposedly open for 24 hours. McDonald’s is packed right across the street I’m going there instead. Still not Carl’s jr though. This Carl’s jr location is losing a lot of money especially if they are paying there workers just to run the drive thru. I can’t believe this you guys.
