The Shack is a quaint old school diner set up the way any small town diner should be. It has the best hands down huge delicious hand made burgers not commercial portioned beef patties This is how great food at small town cost should be! Called the shack again on 01/22/2023 and asked if they could make me breakfast for supper. The owner made me a breakfast 2 eggs, hash browns ,bacon and toast and again the food is the bomb! Went yesterday & had a chicken souvlaki wrap & seasoned fries. They were DELICOUS! I get souvlakis often when out & I will definitely be getting this again. It was really good & surprisingly cheap. The owner is a really nice guy. Will definitely be back to try other things as well.

Typically never leave reviews but this place truly is a hidden gem. The food is amazing and the portion sizes are crazy. You definitely get more than what you pay for and super friendly atmosphere.

I’d say the best restaurant in town hands down. Cheese curds are the bomb and the waffle fries are pretty tasty as well. Sometimes you get a whole squad up in there and it’s very tame. This is one of the reasons it’s such a nice and popular place!

They should honestly be shut down. Went in 2 times for a togo order, guy didn’t even sound like it was even a resturant when I called. I had to ask if it even was the shack. No customer service skills I see. The dining area just looks sketchy, would never sit in there lighting is super dim and feels your in a ghetto restaurant .The back of the kitchen looked like someone hasnt cleaned it in ages. Guy had a basket of laundry near food in the back of kitchen, totally goes against food code. Food isnt worth the 45 minute wait every time you order. Especially when we all know the place is never busy enough for food to take 45 minutes. Never going back. Dont know how its still running.
