I ordered pizza for pickup, and even though the store was busy when I arrived, they still had my order ready exactly as I requested. The crust was soft and delicious. The employees are consistently friendly and never let customers down.

This spot in Simmi always hits the mark! I tried their Papadia and it was incredible perfectly toasted, stuffed with flavorful fillings, and super satisfying. The wings were another highlight: juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right with a great balance of crispiness and tenderness. I couldn’t resist finishing the meal with one of their cookies, which was warm, soft, and packed with rich, sweet flavor. As always, the service was quick, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to order again!

Ordered delivery through Papa John’s website at 7pm. This location outsourced it to doordash to do the delivery and the food never came. It was supposedly delivered at ~7:50pm. Called the location and they were rude and shifted the blame to doordash. Called doordash and was directed back to Papa John’s. Called Papa John’s corporate instead and was informed that they would contact the store and informed that it was the stores responsibilty for the failed delivery. CS agent informed that the GM agreed to remake and send the order. It is now 9:57pm as of writing this and it still has not arrived. If this location chose to send through doordash again knowing that the first doordash delivery failed instead of sending their own driver like CS said they could do, is a terrible oversight on the stores behalf. Honestly, I believe they never even attempted to make it again judging by the first contact with the store. I will be avoiding this location for future orders.

This time, I decided to branch out and try some of Papa John’s classics, and they completely delivered! The large Works pizza was loaded with fresh toppings that came together in a perfect harmony of flavors, making every bite satisfying. Papa John’s continues to exceed expectations, and I can’t wait to see what other delights their menu holds!

Apparently, there’s a disconnect between the store and whoever answers the phone. Whoever answers the phone takes the order and whoever works the store calls back and says oh no we’re closed. My suggestion would be the store should answer their phone and take their own orders rather than rely on a remote team member. Another suggestion would be to adjust the advertised store hours to reflect the true hours of business. If you would like to close 30 minutes early, that’s fine. Make it easier for the customer to know so they don’t waste their time with you and they go somewhere else.
