Always happy with the food and service at Alberto’s. Been coming here for 25 years and it never disappoints. Everyone is always pleasant and happy to help. Pizza is great, and the grinders and dinners are just as good. This restaurant is a fixture on this side of town and I certainly hope it stays that way!

I’m sad to write this review because it was once a great place to order from. The last couple of times we ordered take out we were disappointed and this will likely be our last time giving them a chance. No love with the food anymore, and packaging for deliveries needs improvement. Why put a cold salad with warm food, not sure who enjoys a hot caesar salad- but I certainly don’t enjoy the warm lettuce and soft croutons. Lettuce soaked in dressing also. Also the pasta dish we received, was leaking all other the bag and food- what a mess!

We ordered the seafood with red sauce and linguine. We specifically asked for it not to be to be so hot and spicy. It was terrible. We told the waitress and she could of cared less. Never returning to this establishment. The prices in this pizzeria are very high. Its a pizzeria not a fine dining restaurant. Service was not great either. Save your money and dont go!

Today is March 30, 2025. I called to take advantage of their 2 large pizza deal since I’ve never heard of them and this flyer came in my mailbox. When I called to place a pickup order I was told the total was $33, and their prices went up. I explained the coupon was dated and didn’t expire for another month. “Yeah, well, we increased our prices so that’s the total”. I was so floored by this price gouging attempt and false advertising I feel compelled to share to avoid this embarrassment to others in the area. I’m honestly appalled by how they handled the conversation and wouldn’t feel comfortable supporting their business with their bait and switch marketing.
Look at my other reviews and you’ll see I scarcely leave negative feedback because I’m rather understanding, but this felt so wrong to me. Don’t send out a new flyer with valid coupons if you aren’t going to keep to them.

This place is amazing! Everything I have ordered has always tasted delicious and always fresh. Staff is awesome and very kind. Alberto’s is following up to state codes. I would absolutely order again and highly recommend.

Literally writing this review while I’m crying because this is the 5th time I’ve ordered a meal and not been able to eat it from Alberto’s. I am beyond upset because this is the only decent salad in the entire country, but
• 2 separate times my salad came with no dressing so I had to throw it out (I am autistic and I will not eat anything that’s not right and a salad with no dressing is crazy)
• 1 time my sandwich came with no dressing, and again I didn’t eat that because it was chicken and lettuce on dry bread
• 2 separate occasions the chicken that came in my salad had no meat in it. I’m talking 0 meat, only breading.
And now this 5th time I order a ceasar salad with extra dressing and the “extra dressing” was blue cheese. I almost vomited I actually cannot believe I’ve wasted so much money here. I’ve given it so many chances because I love the ceasar dressing but at this point I’m throwing away money. I waited until the 5th time to finally post this review.
