This place was amazing. The Rockefeller oysters were beyond delish. My daughter and I shared the lobster/crab/shrimp boil – mild that was perfectly flavored and good quality. My husband had the red beans and rice that was a huge portion!! Service was excellent. We are from out of town and can’t stop talking about our best meal this trip. You won’t be disappointed.

Pier 64 !! On Stage Rd, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I don’t know where they got all those beautiful pictures of Pier 64 from but defiantly not the restaurant at 6105 Stage Rd.
I spent $254 dollars and they didn’t give me real silverware or crab crackers. We received plastic forks and crab crackers after we had to request silverware and crab crackers. When I asked for crab crackers for my KING CRAB legs I was told by an employee that they only had 7 pair in stock and the customer had to request a pair for them to bring them to the table. I was told customers have taken them but the manager was not replacing them.
Wow, What? Then my King crab legs were very small and full of air not meat. They were over cooked, this is why the meat shrunk in the shells. Nor did I receive a pound of legs, it may have been a lb before they boiled them but it wasn’t a lb when they brought them to me and I only got 2 legs. The flavoring is awesome but what you get for your money is not worth eating there.
I even asked the manager, yes I said the manger, I asked him ( an African American heavy set man) why they didn’t have real forks and give customers real crab crackers and he has a seafood restaurant. He told me it’s hard to keep them with customers taking them. He asked me what would I do. I informed him that I do have my one business and people take things all the time and I REPLACE them. Because my customers come first and they are spending good money with me. I cannot punish all my customers for the list of silverware and jeopardize my business name by customers leaving upset. Then they charge a 18% fee for 6 people or more, children are included in the count.
I would NEVER RECOMMEND this restaurant to anyone that truly loves Seafood. I was so displeased and the service, atmosphere and food was AWFULLY compared to other Pier 64 restaurants I have visited around the world. This is the FIRST Pier 64 I’ve had a complaint about.
Like I said prior, I don’t know where the pictures they promote came from but definitely not the restaurant at 6105 Stage Stage Rd. Bartlett 38134.
Every complaint I made the employees and even the manger blamed the customers, no one, not even the manger took responsibility for the terriable service, terrible food and not having real silverware. Who has ever heard of eating seafood (crab legs) with plastic silverware!?!??
I give reviews on every restaurant I visit, and this restaurant and its manager would get Zero stars if I was able to give my true review of this restaurant.
I didn’t take a picture of the full receipt because it was long, and I didn’t want my personal information showing.
What a TERRIBLE restaurant, and the restrooms were filthy..

This was for my husband’s father’s day celebration. The decor was cute. The service was horrible. The waitress took our order and apparently forgot to put my son’s order in so everyone’s food made it but his. We waited a little while to inquire thinking it would come any minute. After I asked, she basically realized she had not put it in, because she didn’t even realize everyone had food but him . But that’s okay because his grilled chicken po-boy was nothing but gristle so he didn’t even eat it. The raw oysters with chef’s special sauce had no fish or seafood taste to them at all. They were horrible. The oysters with crab meat on them literally had no fish or seafood taste to them at all. They were horrible. The crawfish was boiled but even with the seasoning that was on there, there was no taste. It was bland. My husband said with the dungeness crab he’s had better and he will definitely not be back. I got to try some of his and I noticed that it was basically freezer burned. Overall it was ridiculous and we will not be back. They are definitely overpriced for the ridiculous quality you receive. If you want seafood, go to the coast!

My partner and I ✋ dined here recently and spent $163, and unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience. We came in intending to order king crab, which was listed as MP (market price) on the website and shown as $63, so we planned accordingly. After placing our order, our server Caitlin ✋ returned to “double check” that we really wanted it because it was $63. While we appreciate clarification, the tone felt condescending—almost as if she didn’t expect us to be able to pay for it. When we asked how many crabs came with the $63 order, she said only two, so we decided against it (this was our first time ordering king crab and we assumed it would be more). After that, she laughed and said to us, “I’m not gonna lie, y’all stressing me out a little bit.” That comment immediately changed the atmosphere and made us feel uncomfortable asking any further questions. When our food arrived, my partner’s portion looked noticeably smaller than expected. When we asked if everything was included, she vaguely replied, “It’s everything I rung it up as,” in a passive-aggressive tone. We chose to leave it alone to avoid further tension. Shortly after, she returned and told us that we had been given the wrong order and that she had eaten someone else’s food. She admitted she wasn’t familiar with how the dishes were supposed to look. She asked if we wanted the food to be made, we said yes and requested it to go. When it came back, it was brought out on a plate and missing the extra accommodations we specifically asked for.
When we asked for clarity on the charges—since someone else had eaten our original order—she casually said she “didn’t hear” the extras. She dropped off the check for $163, gave us to-go bags, and went to stand at the register without returning. We even had boudin balls that needed a container, but based on her demeanor it was clear she wasn’t coming back, so we had to walk up to her ourselves—with the container the food came in. She then stood at the register next to the attendant who’s cashing out checks until we paid, After payment was completed, she walked off and never returned, further reinforcing the uncomfortable feeling that she had a preconceived notion about our ability to afford what we ordered. Beyond our table, we noticed other issues: flies around the tables, staff being rude to other guests, and an elderly woman ✋ left standing uncomfortably while waiting for a chair after explaining the booth was too low for her. A staff member said she’d check on it and never returned, leaving the woman standing while they prioritized a party supposedly arriving later that night. The food itself was okay, but the service, attitude, and lack of professionalism made this an experience we will not repeat. We will not be returning.

We really enjoyed our experience here! The food was amazing, staff was very friendly, and it was a good clean environment. We were seated right away and didn’t have to wait at all before being served.
Our waitress Kayla stayed on top of everything and was super friendly!

There was no seasoning in anything that was fried. The fried pickles tasted like air. They didn’t even taste like a pickle. The batter on the fried fish was terrible no flavor at all. The batter looked like it was brushed on with a paint brush instead of dipped. The fish tasted extra fishy, a bad fishy smell and taste. The rest of my party enjoyed the boil they had. I betting it was seasoned with a pack of old bay seasoning.
You should try to create your own seasoning to set you apart from the other fish and boil places in Memphis.

Holy smokes. What a hidden gem. This is surely one of Bartlett’s finest restaurants. They’ve got all the things. Their seafood is fresh and made to order. We had the crab cakes from the chef and it was ridiculously good. I had the crawfish Étouffée. It was divine. My friends and family had the pasta, gumbo, oysters, fried okra, red beans and rice. All phenomenal. We were so pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were very attentive to our needs. The bar put the right amount of alcohol in our drinks they didn’t skimp. I would make this a weekly place. What a great experience. The chef is amazing! My brother was not eating meat currently and he was able to order a couple of things. His girlfriend was eating healthy and she had no problems finding options.

Wow! This place is fantastic! Staff is friendly and helpful. The cocktails are unique and taste great. Bar selections seem limitless. The food…amazing! From presentation to taste 10/10. We ordered the pick your own option with a pound of snow crabs and that was surprisingly a lot of food. One of us had the special which was also delicious and plentiful. The choices in flavor and spice level is brilliant. Getting all the spices is called their Pier 64 special and that was perfect. I chose medium spice and the kids did no spice. Highly recommended!!

Service was excellent. The food was okay. We each had a combo fried shrimp/catfish plate with fries for one and onion rings for the other. We shared a dozen oysters and hubby had soft shell crab. I’m fairly certain that everything was pre frozen. I enjoyed a nice Ghost River Gold beer. The staff was lovely. Free, ample parking.

BJ is THE BEST server!! There wasn’t any question she could not answer. We enjoyed the raw oysters, the weekend special and the combo basket.
BJ suggested the chef special seasoning for the weekend special and wow! It was delicious. We chose the mild spice and it was perfect for us.
When you give them a try – ask for BJ!
