The classic meal was good and the fries were fresh. The fish sandwich was disappointing. It was way overcooked and mostly breading. The restaurant was pretty clean and the staff were friendly. This location is better than other locations we’ve been to.

My husband and I had lunch there today. We wanted to try the new Cheeseburgers. Both of our burgers were undercooked and pink inside. I hope we don’t get sick from them. I got curly fries as my side. They looked like they emptied the fry basket in my fry cup. My fries were crumbs only, hard and burnt. I asked the old, long gray haired grumpy man that took our order for fresh fries and he snatched the burnt crumbs out of my hand and went and scooped up more curly fries in my cup, handed them to me and stomped off. Come on Arby’s you can do better than that.

I placed a mobile order and used the “free” sandwich that was being offered for April. When I get my order the sandwich is missing, the owner/shift manager both stated I would have to call a 1-800 number to get my sandwich even though I’m showing her the promotion on the app. They try and charge a premium for sub par food, and top it off with terrible customer service. We will NEVER have this problem with Arby’s again!

Fast and friendly service. The food tastes great and the price is reasonable. The store is always clean. The crew runs like a top! Very efficient and professional in how they interact with each other and the customers.

Long line moved fast. My favorite sandwich cost $1 more than I am used to. And it was not edible. I ordered the Reuben w/o craut. The meat was not shaved it was slabs of meat with fat and sinew. I could not eat it. I ate half the bread and tried to get some meat off of the chunks but I will never buy that sandwich again or go to that location again.
On top of that the Arby customer service website says this restaurant does not exist!!!

We purchased 2 regular classic sandwiches and we’re told there was a deal if we bought two more it would only cost us $0.03 more so I was able to purchase an extra meal for my parents it was great they were very thoughtful

Went thru the drive thru. Food was NOT FRESH. Specifically the crinkle cut fries. All the manager had to say about it was I’m sorry you feel that way. It’s not how I feel, it’s the fact the fries we’re so hard they chipped a tooth!! How is someone supposed to feel about that? She did NOT give me her name. And then proceeded to offer me a replacement the next time I came back. There WON’T BE A NEXT TIME!!!

Been here a few times and so far it’s been good! Friendly service. The speaker box is oddly placed and I bet you’ll accidentally pull up too far, but this ranch wrap SLAPS. LOOK AT THE LITTLE JALAPEÑO PIECES. Wish the wrap and bacon weren’t so chewy but they weren’t on the worst side of that. I’ve had a lot worse. Good stuff! Quick service. Cool.
