We stayed across the street at the Pink House and ended up going to Jack’s Shack every single day—that’s how good it was. The fish tacos and the chicken burrito were our favorites, and you have to ask for their homemade coconut habanero sauce… it’s unreal.
All of the juices are incredible too—my favorite was the watermelon, so fresh.
I honestly don’t understand how anyone could hate on this place. The people working there are so kind and welcoming, and they’re doing really good things—we even got to hold some puppies they were helping get adopted, which totally made our day.
Don’t miss Jack’s Shack if you’re in Rincón. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip.

You must stop by if you’re in the Rincón area. The staff is very kind and generous, the atmosphere is open, homey, and relaxing. Pools beach is a stones throw away and you can listen to the waves while you eat. Their breakfast menu is solid, and the two sandwiches I ordered were fantastic. The egg was cooked perfectly both times and the bread was buttery and golden from the grill. Definitely recommend for a delicious, affordable breakfast or lunch.

Two words fish tacos! Fish was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The pinapple salsa on top was super fresh. A wonderful meal before heading to the beach down the road.

Delicious burritos and quesadillas (and tacos too!) close to the beach and a surfing spot. We tried veggie burrito and bbq chicken quesadillas, which were very good. The vibe is obviously relaxed 🙂

Jack’s Shack is an awesome breakfast spot and a great place to hang out. The tacos, burritos, and fresh juices were all excellent, but the best part was chatting with Cole. He makes you feel right at home and shares the kind of local tips you actually need when visiting Rincón and Puerto Rico in general. We started talking about surfing and ended up on rock climbing spots! You’re in Rincón for a reason, and Jack’s Shack will quickly become one of them.

These might be the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. Literally so fresh & perfect in every way! The shack is right across the street from a gorgeous beach as well & the vibes were great. I also got the parcha juice which was incredible and so fresh. 10/10 recommend this stop, I will be thinking about these tacos for a long time

Stopped in for lunch when looking for another place, what a find. The fish and chicken taco were fantastic, best we’ve had in Puerto Rico. Fast service and cool atmosphere. It’s essentially an expanded food truck experience, definitely recommend checking g out.

I ordered the fish tacos and they were absolutely amazing. Easily the best I’ve ever had. The flavor, the texture, everything was spot on. I genuinely can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu because if the rest is anything like the tacos, this place is going to be a regular stop for me. Five stars without hesitation.
