Decided to give this little restaurant a try. The atmosphere was very much a simple short and sweet classy place with the cooking to back up the fine dining atmosphere.

The food items were about 25$ on average with a small menu giving away how confident they are with their selection. Which very much speaks for itself.

I got the center piece item thats largely featured on their online media and my date got a chef’s special. Every part of the dish was paired perfectly, the sauce was rich but not overwhelming and I struggled to find any criticism for my plate. My dates chef’s special also was fantastic and had it’s own signature tones to it.

My only complaint was the service was noticeably more attentive towards other clients than with us. To the point where we reached the end of our dinner service without nary a drink being filled up despite the pitcher being empty but one employees action or inaction shouldn’t be to blame for an entire establishment.

Overall we had two drinks, a small serving of bread, two entrees, and a desert to share. The price was 89$ which was brilliant for this area VS the quality.

Look into visiting when you get a chance I doubt you’d be disappointed.

What a wonderful find close to the airport. The environment is warm and inviting and the food is wonderful. Prices are reasonable as well which is a welcome change of pace in this city.

We had a fabulous meal in a lovely bistro setting that’s not often found on the Highline. Everything came out in the perfect succession and the service was highly exceptional.

We love the menu because there’s a little bit of everything whether you wanna eat big or enjoy some plates with a great glass of wine. We ended up ordering a bunch of plates and shared, and it didn’t go anywhere near breaking the bank.

We tried both the cocktails and wine and were quite satisfied.

Don’t sleep on the specials as we ordered from that menu and it was some of the stuff we love the most!

I can’t wait to go back and try some of the things we passed up on the menu, I just have to know now 🙂

WOW! Absolutely blown away by this place!

I emailed ahead and asked if they had any accommodations for an autistic adult. Sachia was kind and helpful, and even offered a quiet spot in the corner. I was very impressed already, and knew that my experience would be great!

I walked in this evening and ordered the boeuf bourguignon. Not only was it piping hot (which I love), but the flavors were out of this world. It was one of the best dishes I’ve had in quite some time! Very savory.

I ordered the apple tart at the end, and it was also fantastic. Both dishes were perfectly portioned, and I ended up finishing most of both plates. That’s rare for me personally! Both dishes were also very reasonably priced.

Scott was also a great host and owner. He and Sachia made my entire experience one of the best I’ve ever had. Needless to say, I will be back VERY soon!

Charming wine bar with awesome small dishes. I loved the atmosphere and service here, very friendly, cozy, yet elegant. The food was the big takeaway though.

We had the lasagna which had a deliciously rich mushroom flavor and the beef bourguignon which while not as much red wine flavor as I was anticipating was nonetheless delicious and worth revisiting time and again to get. We also had their lobster bisque which was very velvety and flavorful.

The one thing that could’ve been improved for us was wine by the glass. Usually a bottle is a bit too much for us, so we rely on the by-the-glass menu to pick and most of the glasses were pretty middle-of-the-road or on the softer side.

Regardless, we are eager to head back soon. Prices were super reasonable for the quality. Really enjoyed our evening.

This is one of those hidden gems that you don’t want to tell people about because it will get too busy to get a table. It’s hidden in a strip mall and shares the parking lot with a QFC, dog groomer, etc, etc, etc. The wine selection is wonderful. Add in the full bar and voila you are off to great start. If you’re really picky you can also pay a corkage fee. Maybe you do have something better in your cellar. Then there is the kitchen. They are constantly creating dishes that you don’t want to spend the time to make but love eating. The house made noodles are a hint at the detail the kitchen puts into its dishes. Then if you still have room there is dessert. Pavlova always satisfies a sweet tooth. It’s a small place so get a reservation on the weekend or go during the week.

Had an incredible dinner at Peyrassol West on Dec.18th. Four of us girls, x-mas get together, thought we’d try someplace new. WOW, so happy we did! Started with flat bread, olive assortment, charcuterie board. Excellent choices! All were exceptional. I enjoyed a champagne with this course. Dry n delicious. We all had the Lasagna as our entree. I wouldn’t normally order that as I gravitate towards seafood and lighter fare, but this lasagna was so good lightweight, not heavy at all. Sauce was delicate and yet huge on flavor. Had the Pinot Grigio with main course, wonderful. Pavlova for dessert, light, fresh fruit, delicious. Not many places offer a Pavlova for dessert! So impressed with the food! Kristi was so welcoming n walked us through the entire experience by answering all of our questions and helping us choose. I’m so happy with our experience, I will be recommending this cozy, warm restaurant to all in my circle of love!!! Thank you Peyrassol West

Lovely, quaint, local, small business doing it all right. I worry they are going to quickly out grow this location and move out of our neighborhood… but in the meantime this is an absolute must go to restaurant for amazing Italian and French cuisine, great service, and overall good value. I strongly recommend the lasagna with its fresh delicately stacked pasta and bechamel… my favorite since visiting Italy. Go, you will not be disappointed.
