Even after I walked in around 8:30pm (30mins before they close).
She came up to me and asked me if I needed any help—and went the extra mile to help show me how everything works (“takeout” kiosk), and giving me information about the things on the menu.
Somebody give that girl a raise!

We have eaten there several times and every time we dine in, the experience is relatively the same! The service is quick and the food is consistently delicious. Our servers are always helpful and courteous. We do miss the robot food delivery but are equally pleased when the wait staff brings the food

This is a spot the family and I go to time to time. We had a really great experience tonight, our waitress Allie was awesome. As busy as the place was when we walked in Allie always checked on us. Our food and dessert came out so fast. Allie was also great with my boys!

I went through the drive through one evening to get a chicken finger basket combo for my mother and a cheesesteak combo. We waited at the window, so I expected the food to be fresh. The chicken strips were completely inedible. They were dry, burnt and rubbery like they were reheated out of the waste bin or something. I don’t have a picture of the cheesesteak. It looked fine, but tasted like a dog food sandwich. I tried to contact hwy55 twice with my concerns with no response . This food isn’t cheap, and for this to be acceptable quality is ridiculous.

I placed an online order on a Wednesday evening. When my daughter arrived and went in, 15 minutes after the order was placed, the drive-thru was slammed and our order hadn’t even been started. While she sat and waited, they continued filling drive-thru orders. Once she spoke with someone who seemed like they were in charge, they realized they had overlooked a take-out order and stepped up. Several items in the order were incorrect and the drinks were really watery. If I lived closer, I’d ask for my money back. Lackluster all-around. Not impressed enough to order or go again. What did I get for dinner? Disappointment.

Usually I love this Hwy 55. This time the tots were greasy and most were in 2 to 3 pieces like someone had torn them with tongs. Tots are often placed in cups at this location which maintains them better when in a togo bag. This time they were in what I call a “fry” bag, so the grease was on that small bag and soaked through to the togo bag. The sandwich was good – so that’s a plus! I was the 2nd car and there was a long, long wait. Same for last few times I was there. Why don’t they have people pull up?

I had a server named Madelina she never checked on us and our food was cold took her about 20 minutes to realize we needed our check and was over all so rude. I also heard her being completely unprofessional and talking bad about me and customers in general. When I asked for a refill she just rolled her eyes and snatched my drink. I saw her behind the bar on her phone and then she walked to the corner and I could see her just standing back there and didn’t come back out for around 15 minutes
