Aiden is consistently helpful, and the young lady who works alongside him (whose name I unfortunately did not catch earlier) is always kind and a pleasure to speak with. This Firehouse Subs location is clean, the service is fast and efficient, and if you like sports, the TVs are kept quite loud during games. If you are looking for a place with good air conditioning, this place has it too. The food was hot and tasty. Overall, it is a good location representing the chain well.

I tried the new Firehouse Captain’s Club. I added all the extra veggies, including jalapenos. It was good. It is pretty pricy for a small sandwich, but good. I also liked the hot sauce bar and trying all the different hot sauces. I really enjoyed the Deep Canyon Co. Sizzling Scorpion. I ended up buying a bottle.

Ordered an Italian salad with chicken, salami, romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, green bell pepper, cucumber, and mozzarella cheese, and I added black olives. What I received was a container of wilted very thin sliced/shreded iceburg lettuce that would go on a sandwich, with chicken and salami on top. None of the other stuff was on it. It’s too long of a drive to go back. Won’t be going back here again. Worse Firehouse subs shop I’ve ever been to.

Past few times i’ve ordered sandwiches were wrong. Still taste delicious, but even when its slow orders are either missing things or have things on the sandwich that weren’t ordered.

Someone should explain to the manager that if a customer has said “thank you “for being rung up and then “thank you “again after being given their food you should at least say “you’re welcome” “no worries “and “have a good day” she obviously isn’t a teenager so definitely should know better. Also some of us don’t want our sandwiches cut with a knife that has too much residue from the last sandwich. I don’t eat beef,pork or chicken so I don’t need to pull other pieces of meat from my food or to see the residue of the last sandwich you cut
