Don’t understand the bad reviews. The food is great very Nica flavor. The service it’s awesome…..the prices are comparable to all the restaurants off course the portions are restaurant portions not fritanga portions. Do yourself a favor and do not read the bad reviews. Food is great….why 4 stars and not 5 the place is dated needs some loving.

Service is average, but don’t expect that they will offer to change your order if you are not happy with the food. I ordered a Bistec con Pan, to find out as you can see on the picture that only two pieces of steak of the size of 2 quarters were inside and the rest filled with onions and tomatoes, when I opened the sandwich in front of the waitress and showed it to her, she just smiled and when asked if this is normal she said yes. Even a cuban restaurant will put more meat than this please. It was a complete joke to them and it makes it hard to eat here again. I hope you all have a better experience.

Really good food. The DJ is horrible.. The more u ask him to lower the volume to the music, the higher he goes… You can’t even speak to person next to you without having to scream at the other person

great calming clean atmosphere. great customer service, felt at home. food was good but the gallo pinto could have been better. it was pan fried and some grains were hard. Also, the waiting time for the food took a while.

Way over priced! Ate here 3 times trying to give the benefit of the doubt but this place is not worth it at all… Carne Asada portion is so small it’s offensive. Never will I go back. Stay Away from this place or you’ll regret eating there. (Picture is plate, only took two bites from the Carne before I took the picture).

Used to eat at this place a long time ago when there was a “Maestro” Pianist playing on the weekends and the ambiance and food was great! had lunch there last weekend and it was so somber, place looks empty like it is going out of business, overpriced Nicaraguan food, started with an order of tacos, big mistake, tacos were frozen boxed chicken tacos, not Nicaraguan tortilla hand wrapped tacos. carne asada and gallopinto had the right Nica flavour and taste but felt old and hard to chew, Sopa de Mondongo was very watery and felt “bautizada” as they say in my nica foodie slang, had very little mondongo meat, and almost no soup veggies, all food is very overpriced for the serving, they wanted to charge extra for the small rice serving for the soup as well. the only reason I give them 2 stars and not one is because my wife liked their “cajeta” which by the way the serving is ridiculously small. good thing there is a 100 other Nicaraguan Restaurants in the Miami area serving better food, better quality, better servings, better ambiance, better prices.
