I order from Jersey Mike’s all the time and was very happy when this on open close to me at we order once a week or every 10 day the first few months where great and then orders where wrong no onions no chz u get extra or when adding hot peppers u don’t get then but lately no they cut the amount of meat down u only get about 1/3 of the meat and only 1 tomato per piece on a giant here is today’s order picture of my giant and my husband gets extra meat and extra cheese he got extra cheese but the last 3 times they didn’t give extra meat and didn’t mark them but they where the same today the barely any meat is what made me say something this is the store on bald hill rd so people know i have never had an issue with any other store all the others are great we love jersey mikes but something needs to be done or fixed because this store sucks now

I went to Jersey Mike’s today and the experience was terrible. The person that added my condiments to my sandwich was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. You never know what someone is going through and to go to an establishment where customer service should be top tier is very sad. I myself work in an environment where I deal with customer daily and I know for a fact he failed at customer service. I’m never that person that write reviews but the experience and the way he made me feel made write this review here today! I don’t even want to go back to your location anymore!
