I can’t leave a better star for the service the Food nor the atmosphere because it doesn’t matter what time I go to this bar, I’ve went as early as 10 PM And it is always closed if you’re gonna have a business that you keep closed you might as well just close down completely very bad for business so I can’t rate your food customer service or anything. All I could rate is I go to the door and look in and nobody’s working. I just went again for the fourth time it’s not even 10 o’clock at night and you guys are closed once again if you don’t wanna have a business, you should just close it down that’s crazy that nobody wants to work so I even have it opened or advertised so you wanted me to try again and I didn’t again. You guys are open. Big fail . once again

From .89 cents to $1; I went in to speak to the manager/Owner, respectfully informing him of the price difference marked on my receipt; indicating to him that the wings were not charged at .89 cents and very unprofessionally responded, “just for that, I’m raising my prices..!”. This was after openly admitting to me and his staff that he never updated the “Wing Special” in their system, so it’s been charging everyone $1 a wing every Wednesday. After that response, it was clear it didn’t matter if I was a customer or staff member. Owner, Manager, Staff, etc., should never exemplify a temper tantrum in the restaurant industry, or customer service field for that matter.

Just picked up our 50 wing platter & fries for Super Bowl! And how DELICIOUS and crunchy we got them. They out did themselves on such a busy football day. Our family and guest were very pleased!

The service was good. We wanted an appetizer and got nachos. We requested beef but came with ground beef. We were wanting shredded beef. The menu doesn’t specify ground beef just beef and we didn’t ask what kind of beef. We ordered wings to go. Wings were good. Overall good place.

Horrible place. “Dj Gabe” is a dj hired by this restaurant and has a tendency of attacking people verbally who disagree with him. I disagreed with “Gabe” and he started verbally attacking my wife to me

Went to hot Chicks a couple days ago and Karina L was our server . Great food and hospitality, felt very welcomed and she made sure everything was on point , will definitely come back for some more food and Karina being professional and kind to her customers

We used to enjoy this establishment. Recently we have had horrible customer service from a bartender Caro, but she has room for growth. Made us feel as though Tips were mandatory, but we believe Tips are earned. We may return but with replacements. This place may be promising with better care to customers.
