The manager Justin showed excellent customer service and answered all of our questions! Food was delicious and served quick! They are also one of a few restaurants that still have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines left which is a huge plus!! Will definitely return.

Firehouse Subs never disappoints! The subs are hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The bread is soft, the meats are generous, and the toppings taste fresh every time. You can tell they care about quality. Definitely a go-to spot when you want a filling, satisfying sandwich. Don’t forget to order the Cajun fries!

I ordered a bowl of potato soup and I received a cup. Soup tasted like bad milk with potato squares. Horrible! I also ordered a large Italian sandwich and had so much dressing, my bread was extremely wet. So disappointed in this $20 purchase. Never again, when Pot Belly and Jersey Mike’s is across the parking lot.

Had the pleasure of talking with Steve today (operations manager) and my visit couldn’t have gone better. Steve was as nice as he could be and was nothing but professional. The primary reason for this review is to talk about their fries. Steve introduced me to their new menu item and noticed my reservation. He ended up giving me a sample, which totally guaranteed his claim. Firehouse has the best Fry’s in the city and I’m excited to have them with my next meal. Thanks again Steve, you were an absolute delight!

The new restaurant GM is amazing! He keeps the restaurant very clean, if he sees anything he gets a crew on it right then. The food is a lot more consistent and the team he is building shows that he is conducting proper training for their success! Also check out the remodel, it’s looking very nice!

I placed an order online to get there and be told they didn’t have the order. I was tired and had already had a long day. After I showed them my confirmation I was then told by one young girl that someone order the day before for the wrong day, as in if she was saying I did the same. Then I asked what the address was because just maybe I didn’t pick the right location. But after they verified i knew it was the right location.
Then I’m assuming it was a manger came up and basically told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to call. I express that I used a service they offer to place my order online and I shouldn’t have to call anyone, they should call if that’s what needed to be done. Then another “manager” walked up and she tell me online ordering is always giving a problem and they hate it, but there’s nothing they could do. I told them I was not leaving without my food so they walked off and called someone who told them to give me the sandwich. The next day I called and talk to another guy who said he was the general manager. After i told him about the situation he stated they called him ang he allowed them to give me the sandwich ” that i paid for”. He then proceeded to tell me that the online is a third party company and if they don’t send the money, they don’t get paid. Non of this was my problem. I was a paying customer who had paid for my food already. Plus, I had ordered a second sandwich when I first walked in ( before asking for my mobile order). Then after I express the online issue needed to be addressed with customer service since he stated there are always problems with it, so I asked for a number to call. It was at that point he said ” there’s no need to call, I will give you a free sandwich for your inconvenience”. I told him I didn’t want a sandwich or anything free, i just want the problem to be fixed for future references.

I want to commend the Firehouse Subs team on the afternoon of Saturday 12/13/25. I placed an order through a third-party app and did not realize that on one of the items was incomplete and I failed to review the order before checking out. The store’s team saw the order, questioned the possibility of it not looking right and decided not to make that item until the delivery driver arrived and was asked to contact me to verify the order. As I previously stated, not realizing the error before confirming the order, I pulled up the order on the mobile App and confirmed to the driver what it should be. The order arrived as I had intended it and I called the store to verbally thank and commend them for their critical thinking and customer solutions/experience mindset. Please support this store! Their subs are awesome!
