Just went tonight and if my children had not had their hearts set on Rita’s we would have left! Trisha was so rude to the 2 families ahead of us and us too. She went as far as rolling her eyes at my son when he ordered his milkshake. Was not greeted with Hello how may I help you she straight up said what do you want? Seriously? Worst Rita’s experience ever we are local and will not be back to this establishment. I am a firm believer you never know what battles people are facing but she had no clue what any of us were going through either. Do Better Trisha!

recently took my family to Rita’s for ice cream, and we were blown away by the experience! The two young ladies working (Natalie , not sure the others name) were extremely helpful and kind, making sure my kids got exactly what they wanted. Everyone left happy with their delicious treats, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Great job, Rita’s team! We’ll definitely be back.

I love going to the rita’s in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. They are always so polite and welcoming. They always make my order perfectly. Everytime i go im welcomed back by friends and treated just so great. Best rita’s around , five out of five stars.

10 minutes before close. Last people in line. Literally 2 things in our order equaling $13 and they tell us they don’t take cash. Bad experiences both times at this Rita’s. The people in there are rude and lazy
Response after receiving a reply from Rita’s. For one, we had exact amount and she still refused. And 2, you tell me that you hope “i enjoyed my treat” when I didn’t get it because THEY DID NOT TAKE MY CASH! I’ve read a lot of your reply’s to people’s issues with a condescending tone and it’s not good for business. Especially being so new. Now I understand why your staff is the way they are. I’ll continue to give my money to Nana & Pops around the corner. Better ice and better customer service. Small family run business and cheaper too! Hopefully you’ll learn one day before your business goes belly up. Your customers are what keeps the lights on. Maybe remember that. ✌

This location charges 50¢ to place two different flavors in one cup! Have gone to many Rita’s in different states and haven’t had such a charge. Contacted headquarters and was told that it is a decision of the owners to do this. Doesn’t seem very customer friendly to charge for such a simple request. Not going back.
