Just wanna say that in a world where there isn’t much nice to say about fast food it’s pretty awesome that I can get a large breakfast combo with cheese added and it still be under 10$. Filled me up and cheaper than other places I’ve been to recently. Thanks Hardee’s.

The drive-thru staff were super rude & abrupt today. The meal was just awful across the board. The burger was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted and was like a piece of hard plastic. The bacon we got on the chicken sandwich was raw & rubbery. The chicken strips were tough & chewy. The fries were undercooked, limp & soggy. The loaded mac & cheese was barely warm and definitely not cheesy-creamy. The cole slaw was okay-ish and at least that’s meant to be cold. We didn’t get any straws or utensils and not even a ‘Thank you’ or ‘Have a nice day’ from the staff. Service and food quality has been dropping the past few months but now it’s just all-around so bad that we won’t ever go back.

Always have a great experience at this Hardee’s except for the wait time. But you can pretty much guarantee it’s going to be super hot and fresh! Except for today. I know breakfast is always the busiest time of the day but hot on the outside and cold on the inside is unacceptable. No matter how busy it is or isn’t. Don’t worry, I’ll be back again. One not so great experience does not keep me away!

The staff act like they are put out to have to do their job. I sat in the drive through line 15 minutes with no one else in line with no service. I had to call the store before I got someone to take my order. They acted as if the resented having to take time out to bother with my order. The food was poor and cold. The service is terrible.

I used to like this Hardee but it hasn’t been good in a long time. Today I tried the blueberry biscuits. They were hard cold and dry! They need to get with the folks in Wetumpka. That food is always amazing! So disappointed….again
