Went here based on reviews, glad we did! The food was great so I see why the reviews are good here. We are from Florida visiting family here so we always enjoy supporting family businesses like this. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast! When my kids eat all their food that’s a win in itself and my kids had no food left! Overall, great experience we would definitely recommend this place and comeback ourselves!

This is a spectacular bagel place. Got a bacon egg and cheese in a poppy seed bagel lightly toasted. It’s was perfect. Came out hot and fresh. Delicious melted cheese and bacon. Bagel had good crunch and doughyness. Poppyseeds in perfect amount, not coated too heavy.
Just reading other reviews now about the Taylor ham and flies — I’m surprised because I had no issues at the store today! Came in at 1pm, ordered right away and took a seat, didn’t see a single fly. I am definitely returning.

Absolutely one of the best – if not the number one best bagel place in Toms River! Their bagels are always fresh & delicious! The staff is so friendly and they always go above & beyond with every order to make sure it’s exactly how we ordered it, how we like it & there’s not any mix ups or mess ups. Their other breakfast food is also beyond amazing & don’t even get me started on their sandwiches! Delicious, fresh, filling & I can’t say enough about how amazing everything New York Water Bagel Co. has to offer!

First time customer and ordered on DoorDash. I got an egg, meat, and cheese sandwich with a hash brown and an onion bagel with butter. They followed my instructions for the sandwich to a T and it was perfect. It was not overly greasy which was so great because I’ve had trouble finding a place whose sandwiches aren’t dripping with grease. The bagel was good also. I wish there was a bit more onion on my onion bagel but definitely not a deal breaker. I wish I didn’t live as far as I do because I’d be coming here all the time. Good job guys!

Breakfast picnic! Pretty good pork roll, egg, cheese on everything bagel. Loved the ketchup inside! I was a bit confused about where the hash browns were, and then I discovered they were INSIDE the bagel! Was listening to 9/17/72 Playing in the Band, so it looks like I’ll have more of these in the future. I think I would’ve preferred a side baggie of hash browns, but this was still very tasty. Gonna have an Uncle Dood’s s’mores cream-filled donut for breakfast dessert. I hope Aunt Lillian is doing well!

They have a huge selection of bagels. I went and got the French toast bagel with turkey, bacon, egg and cheese and I forgot to take a picture before I took my first bite. It was so good. I recommend everyone go in there and give them a try.

The counter help is so rude because I asked for a darker bagle and was told it is the luck of the draw what they grab is the one you get ok so then a PEC PROVOLONE CHEESE AMD GOT A LOOK OF DISCUST AS IF I ASKED FOR GARBAGE ON A BAGLE COME ON NOW THIS IS THE 4 TIME IS 10 YEARS THEY BEEN OPEN AN IMKEEP TRYING THEM AND WITH NO AVAIL NO CHANGES AT ALL PLACE LOOKS CLOSED FROM THE ROAD NO LIGHTS ON OUTSIDE OR BASICALY INSIDE EITHER LIKE THERE GOING BACK TO SLEEP

They aren’t just a ‘bagel shop’. They are a deli as well. They have homemade spreads as well as your typical butter and cream cheese.
I was only there for bagels, but you can dine in. It’s small, but they have a lot of offerings.
Definitely recommend.
