This was by far the worst meal I’ve ever had. My husband and I traveled from Waco to McGregor because of the rating and we cannot fathom how it got such a high rating. I ordered the chicken piccata which was overwhelming covered in mushrooms to where you couldn’t even taste the capers or sauce! It also came with a few small piece of chicken and the pasta was mush. Pretty sure the mushrooms were canned as well. My husband ordered the shrimp Alfredo which was tasteless and also over cooked. He took one bite and said he would rather have a froze dinner than this. Unfortunately this is our anniversary dinner so we ate about 5 bites asked for to go boxes and are now in line at Whataburger to try and salvage our night. Do not waste your time and money on this place.

LOVE this place. The food is incredible. It’s. BYOB and it’s a cozy place to take friends and family. Strongly recommend and it’s on main Street McGreggor which is a cool little town outside of Waco.

I speak spanish with my fam alot so when we went there our server spoke some spanish which made me feel more comfortable and the food was AMAZING the garlic bread is perfection and the tortellini they served me was really good and they gave me alot considering the price.

The food was great but the two guys who cooked our food were properly wear mask. So my husband and I felt like we should not have came here for dinner. I know that Texas does not require wearing masks but I think the people who make out meals should were them.

Wow, what an amazing gem of a restaurant. We were headed home to Austin and decided to stop here and eat and we are so glad we did. This is some of the best authentic Italian food we have had in a while. It’s a cozy little place with a very friendly staff. We knew we had landed when a couple of the cooks came out and were speaking Italian. All of the food tasted fresh and homemade. We can always tell when we order Mozzarella cheese sticks if there fresh or the frozen kind. Definitely fresh here. The food is amazing. We will definitely be coming back here. 2 thumbs way up and our highest recommendation.
