Me and my brother and mom go out to hardes on our schools delayed start days and it’s always nice getting a buttery biscuit and a average egg but the staff is so nice. One time I had a QR code for a free soda but it doesn’t work right so they gave it to us for free!! And many people that go and complain about the attitude are the ones with the attitude. And I get it some workers do have an attitude at the beginning of the day that is probably the way they chose to be. But at the end when a bunch of stupid people are complaining and making huge orders stressing them out l you shouldn’t be stoop down to their level. Treat them kindley and they will do the same.

Ordered several tacos 20 minutes before closing time hoping they would still be fresh and hot…. My guests and I were not disappointed one bit!!! The food was excellent!! Also, the staff was very kind and courteous!! Kudos Hardee’s!!

This place is discusting. There is no one in her except myself and one elder lady. The lady that waited in me has food on her lip. One person was new and just standing around. The supervisor could have told him to get a broom and start sweeping or wiping things down. One of the other workers said this day is just an epic fail. I waited 28 minutes for a 5 piece chicken tender meal, they did apologize. I also believe some of the things I saw were not up to code!

Im going to chalk this up as a bad experience. And when I say bad, it was bad by Hardee’s standards. They used to have the best fast food around. And maybe things have changed. Or maybe it was a one off type deal. But we stopped in for a quick breakfast before a day trip. The biscuits got a lot smaller and the biscuit, while being hard as a rock, was also coated in butter. I know that doesn’t seem right, and defies logic, but i dont know how else to describe it. The only thing I tasted was over cooked biscuit and butter. Not egg. Not cheese. Not sausage. Hopefully, the critters along 16 enjoyed the 1-1/2 biscuits that were tossed into the field (yes they were unwrapped first, no one like a litterbug, and yes they were tossed far enough off the road). I will go back, and give them another shot, as everyone deserves a second chance.

Our waitresses name was Doris, and she was very friendly. She was patient and had a smile on her face the whole time. The food was good as well and we got it very quick. Not many people are that nice early in the morning, I am very happy with the service we had this morning.
