Neat health food spot offering smoothies, salads, wraps, sandwiches, & smoothie bowls. Perfect for a post workout meal or light refreshing snack. I tried their Tequesta Dragon bowl with a very delicious dragonfruit base for the smoothie portion & tons of fresh berries on top with granola blended in between. The portions were pretty reasonable and the preparation was quick. In and out service is always the best. The staff was very friendly and had some great recommendations.

My husband and I are visiting from Orlando and stopped in for an açaí bowl. It was delicious!! Generous serving. Lots of fruit! The girls were friendly and helpful. The place was clean. We ate inside because it was too hot outside. I can’t wait to go back again.

We truly had an amazing experience at 3Natives today. The staff and food were both wonderful. We tried the chicken curry wrap and Greek wrap both of which were fresh and flavorful! The dragon fruit Açaí bowl was delicious. The owner was especially kind and is so gracious to give special discounts to teachers and first responders! Truly a great healthy place to eat in Sarasota. We will definitely be back!

Got 2 smoothies – one with kiwi in it (Going green) and the other without. Unfortunately, the Going Green smoothie was undrinkable and we had to throw out that $10 drink. Tasted like the kiwi skin fuzz/hairs were in the drink and immediately coats the throat and causes itchiness. You can even see brown dots throughout the smoothie. Still coughing because of it. Prep needs more care.

Met up with my lifelong best friend here on Friday, 7/25/25, after not seeing each other in a few years. Both of our first time here. We both ordered acai bowls. The portions were plentiful.We both had a small bowl and had a few bites left! SUPER DELICIOUS AND SO FRESH!! We were very surprised how good it was!!! We hung out on the couch and chatted for an hour, unbothered! Very quiet place. The cashier was polite, informative, helpful and accommodating. Not sure why they don’t have a MUCH BETTER score. Door dash reviews shouldn’t be on here!!

Decent price for açaí, good variety of options. Nice atmosphere. If you love toppings, this place is for you. I personally prefer more açaí— it was at least 70% fruit and granola, so it was a bit harder to mix with the smoothie itself. Still very fresh and delicious!
