We found Pan Asian Terrace through a Reddit post while searching for good pho in Omaha, and I’m so glad we did — it’s hands down the best pho we’ve had in the city!

The service was amazing — everyone was super friendly and attentive. I have gluten and dairy allergies, and they went out of their way to make sure I had safe options. There were actually several things I could choose from once we asked, which was such a nice surprise.

I had the chicken pho and tofu spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce, and both were incredible. The broth was flavorful and comforting, and the presentation was beautiful. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers.

If you’re looking for delicious pho and great service in Omaha, this place is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back!

We got pho which was really good and the service was awesome until we were just finishing up eating. Felt like the lady was trying to rush us out. Brought the receipt to us as we are drinking our pho broth and as we were doing that she came back to the table twice asking us if we were done. Other than that awesome place to try out.

Beautiful restaurant. Friendly owner. Some of the best cream cheese rangoons I’ve had in Omaha! The yellow curry was pretty solid. The chicken pad thai was also flavorful!

We loved coming here when we first moved into our house a couple years ago.
Service and quality of food have definitely gone down.
If there is an issue with the order or food they have never made it right or correct much less refund any amount.
For the price the food is not worth it, and the service definitely isn’t.
2 entrees, a side, and appetizers is easily $60.

This place is top notch. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all great here. I tried the chicken satay and the Mongolian Beef and both were easily some of the best that I’ve had in a long time. They have a very large menu with so many different options that it would be hard for you to come here and not see something you want to order. The staff seated us right away and was helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be returning here to eat again in the near future.

This place is always moderately busy, but I’ve never seen it packed.

The food is great, and served fairly quickly in my experience! The drinks seem to be a bit more of an afterthought.

We ordered beers from their small offering of cold and yellow domestics and various Asian brands. A few minutes later, the sever came around to take orders and I reminded her we were waiting on them. Then the soup was delivered. About 3 min later we got the beers. Would have ordered at least one more mid-meal, adding maybe $40 to the tab, but no one wanted to wait on them.

It’s a cool place… nice interior and simple yet tasteful art with lots of space. The upper area with the cool ceiling is interesting!

The only thing that detracts from the atmosphere is the fact that there is an older couple (owners?) constantly moving around and calling out to each other over the heads of the patrons and shoving dishes onto the table as soon as they are done even if someone elses isn’t going to be ready for a while… I have no idea, but it feels a bit like owners awkwardly filling in for the staff that arent there for whatever reason. Would make sense or even be super endearing in a cafe style or quick service place, but this is a nice sit down restaurant. It causes a bit of cognitive dissonance given the juxtaposition of a nice bar and fancy lighting while the equivalent of a deli counter is happening near the kitchen doors.

The food was great and generous. I love when I have a good amount to take home. Out of the 8 people in the party I was with, only one had a complaint and it was with a Duck dish. They stated it was tough and dry. I didn’t try it because I was already stuffed from the appetizers and my own meal. I had the Kung Pao Shrimp. I suppose my only complaint, if I haaaad to make one was that there was too much celery. I would’ve loved more bell pepper , personally.
The waiter, who I believe was also the owner, was the whole tables favorite. We left talking about how nice he was and how great he was with the child in our group that is 3 years old. He told us stories of his family and where he is from. I almost felt like he was serving us from his home!
We will be back! Probably a lot.

Nice Asian restaurant with some excellent options. Not everyone was winners for us, but there were some notable standouts.

Spring rolls 5 stars
The sauce on this was excellent, the spring rolls were very fresh

Chicken wing appetizer 5 stars
Decent sized very crispy chicken wings

Crispy duck 3.75 stars
It said fried crispy boneless duck but it should have added breaded. I thought it was going to be crispy duck skin and not a breading.
The sauce was a generic sauce that didn’t have much depth.

Hot and sour soup 3 stars
This was A skip for me. Not enough flavor but still overly salty for me.

Egg drop soup 4 stars
It was better than the hot and sour soup though a bit too salty, but I know some people prefer a saltier stock

Grilled bbq pork 4 stars
Good meat, I didn’t order the dish but tried a little of it

I was told the pho was very good here but I did not try it personally

Parking is in a large shared lot.
Service was friendly, easy going and casual.

I’m always a little worried when it comes to fusion hybrid restaurants but this place was GOOD. I am in Omaha for work and I plan to eat here one more time before I go back home, it was that good.

The pho was very beefy, a little fatty, and very authentic. The broth was perfect. The meat to noodles ratio was perfect. I was able to get a slice of beef per noodle bite.

The egg rolls. Amazing. Perfect balance of noodles, veggies, and meat. The crisp was perfect.

If this was in Minneapolis where I am from, I’d visit this once a week just for these 2 things. This is as good as it gets when it comes to pho and eggrolls. I have eaten hundreds of different pho and eggroll, this has to be top 10.

The owner was also very nice. I love hearing about peoples background and their reason for starting a restaurant. He’s Chinese and his wife is Vietnamese and thats where the fusion comes in. His wife does a lot of the prep and cooking. He speaks so highly of his wife and I love that!

I know a lot of small businesses are struggling. This is one to keep and fight for. Its hard to come by good food and its even harder in a smaller city like Omaha compared to NY or LA.

The place is nice. The food is good. The portion quantity is great. We have ordered two etrées and a starter. We got egg drop soup, chicken sata. Chicken fried rice and I got something with shrimp. They were all good. I especially liked the satay as the flavor and texture was very unique. It was slightly sweet and had lot of peanuts.
