Well this store have some major issues. Whenever i comes here there is allway alot mess on food counter. I have seen employees using cleaning sprays and keeping them with food all the times. They dont wash hands and change gloves after wipeing counters. They eat and drink right front of customers at cooking bay right behind the service bay. Here is small video i was able to capture them in action. If these peoples are so much comfertable doing this all front of customers imagine what else they will be doing with your food? Im very sure this guy probably licking you food and tasing it while cocking. Im done with these peoples forever

Typically tasty food, but they can have service issues . Today they decided my order was complete in the middle of adding ingredients – I was allowed to add meat and beans to my salad but once I got to the salsa area my food was moved to the register and I was ignored by both associates when I said I was not done and had intended to order additional items that would have cost extra. I also was not given any dressing or offered any. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with the service at this particular location.

Absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary experience at this Chipotle location (17250 Southcenter Pkwy #108, Tukwila, WA 98188).
My mother and I visited this location, hoping to enjoy our first meal of the day. We placed and paid for two burrito bowls to-go. To our absolute disgust, once we opened our meals, we discovered DEAD bugs inside both bowls. This is beyond unsanitary—it’s appalling and dangerous. We were immediately sick to our stomachs and completely lost our appetite. Thankfully, we noticed the contamination before eating; otherwise, we could have become seriously ill.
I attempted to contact the restaurant the same evening to address this serious issue, but no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail explaining the situation, and more than 24 hours later, there has still been no response from the staff or management.
This is a complete waste of money and an outrageous disregard for customer safety. The fact that food with dead bugs was served is not just disturbing—it’s a health hazard. This location needs to be investigated and should undergo an immediate health inspection. I strongly urge others to avoid this location entirely until they can guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! On Monday, May 16th at 12:50 pm, I visited this establishment and was met with subpar service. The food was not cooked to the desired temperature, and the most disappointing aspect was that the steak was served RAW! Despite the high price of a steak bowl with queso blanco and guacamole, the quality of the food was significantly below expectations.
I attempted to contact the supervisor to address the issue, but my efforts were unsuccessful. As a rare reviewer, I felt compelled to share my experience to alert others to the poor food quality. It is imperative to inspect the food before taking it to go to avoid paying a substantial amount of money for a meal that is not safe to consume.

Employees are working SO hard! It was a busy day with lots of customers and orders coming through and they got me taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The food was warm, my order was correct, and it tasted great!

Took my online pickup order. Said my order was ready. Got to the restaurant and the doors were locked and it said temporarily closed. Saw my order litteraly sitting on the pick up rack. Called customer service and had to beg to get a refund. I ordered it for pick up at 12:20 pm on Dec 8th. Got there at 12:25 pm and doors were locked with employees inside. Tried knocking but they went in the back to hide instead. Disappointing with the lack of customer service. Maybe turn off your orders if you’re going to be closed.

The service was terrible. That girl wouldn’t listen to what I said. I told her to add just a little bit, but she rushed and put full scoops anyway. When I got home, the burrito wasn’t wrapped tightly, it was almost falling apart. The chips were stale, not crispy, and the bag was even torn in some areas. Overall, it was a horrible experience at this location, especially since the staff were rushing even though there weren’t many customers.
