Fabulously fun, gorgeous decor and a menu of beautifully cooked seasonal dishes, we can’t wait to welcome you through our doors. Our new autumn menu has arrived and our chefs have created a menu that is perfect for chillier days. As always, we have worked hard to bring you dishes that are truly seasonal and feature ingredients that are nurtured and harvested with love by our suppliers and we hope you enjoy the fruits of our labour. We had an amazing time. All drinks and dishes are top notch. We had a cocktail and mocktails and they were gorgeous. The food is beautifully presented and tastes even better than it looks. We were a meat eater and a vegetarian and there are a great selection for both of us but not too many to make it nice and simple. The service is fantastic. We asked for some recommendations and we could tell the manager is highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

This is such a beautiful restaurant, and I would say if somebody is partying for a wedding dinner or lunch or any special occasion, you must plan here. Each and every corner of the restaurant is so well designed the ambience, and every detail is just so beautiful. A huge thanks to Frankie, Des And his team For the excellent service and managing a group of 18, very easily while the Restaurant being busy. Here is the list of dishes we tried – Escargots, Terrine de betterave, Moules Mariniere, Soufflé au fromage, Duo de celeri rave, Risotto au topinambour, baguette with butter, Tarte ala citrouille muscatee, Crêpes franc comtoise, Lapin a la moutarde, Magret de canard, Soufflé pistache, crumble ala rhubard, creme brulee, Tarte Amandine.

Arrived into the complex but a little difficult to find the Brasserie entrance. Paid parking but if you register your registration you’ll get 3 hrs complimentary parking. Brasserie is part of the hotel restaurant. Just in time for breakfast. Hubby had buffet breakfast £18.50 and I had the salmon and scrambled eggs. Both nice. Service was good. Clean and bright eating area. Quite and calm.

Also my daughter Lisa is a vegetarian? No vegetarian dishes to be seen.

Fantastic dining experience here today. Relaxed friendly atmosphere, delicious and well presented food. The Spring menu was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our maître d, Des, was everything we could ask for. Very welcoming, attentive and knowledgable about the choices on offer and able to share some good humour! I have a serious food allergy and he asked before I even had to say, so I felt very safe. The slightest thing he was quick to attend to us, despite being the only front of house on at the time and serving a number of tables there was no delay and we felt as though we were the only ones there. This was our first time visiting and shall certainly be returning soon! We came here for a birthday celebration date and visited at lunchtime with a baby. Was mostly filled with hotel guests and businessmen. Absolute hidden gem! It was breastfeeding friendly and the food, drinks and atmosphere were everything I’d hoped for to treat my husband on his special day. Thank you

Dining at Brasserie Blanc was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay at the Delta Hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, the beautifully designed interior transported us to a different world. The space is bathed in natural light, creating an atmosphere that’s both elegant and uplifting.
Despite not having a reservation, the staff welcomed us with warmth and generosity, even seating us in what must be the best spot in the house. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional—genuine, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating.
The food was absolutely divine. We started with the Dressed Devon Crab and the Pan-Fried Sea Bream, both bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors and perfectly presented. Paired with a bottle of their delicious white wine, it was a meal to remember. So memorable, in fact, that we ended up enjoying a second bottle as we lingered over dessert.
Speaking of dessert—what a treat! The Wye Valley Rhubarb Crumble was the perfect balance of tart and sweet, while the Pistachio Soufflé was light, airy, and full of flavor.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Brasserie Blanc is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience we’ll fondly remember and gladly recommend. Can’t wait to return!

Food actually not bad , very tasty and we enjoyed it.
Unfortunately the service is very bad and spoilt the experience. Thoughtout the whole time we was at the restaurant the staff all looked very miserable and unwelcoming. Espcially the o bese i ndian waitress (pictured) thoughtout most of the night we was there she had her back turned towards us chatting to the other staff and refilling the salt and pepper pots.
We waited a long time for our table to be cleared then had to ask for our food to be bought out as we could see it sat on the kitchen warmer lights and the kitchen staff had pressed the bell more than twice but no one bought our food out. We actually asked for the gratuity to be removed.
We found the staff didn’t make any effort to make us or any of the other tables welcomed. The table next to us were also very unhappy and shaking their heads. Really poor service . Otherwise the food is actually okay. Would we go back. Probably not to Barassie blanc maybe to the Italian place next door
