Will definitely visit again.
Firstly me and my family came here and were really excited as we had to drive 4 HOURS TO GET HERE. anyways. I ordered my Chow main and got salt and pepper chicken? Hello? This isn’t what I ordered.
Anyways my child ordered a stylised brownie with their name on top of it and got a plain vanilla ice cream. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️
Also my daughter Lisa is a vegetarian? No vegetarian dishes to be seen.
My son likes cake.
My husband is a steak man
And McDonald’s is my destiny ♥️♥️♥️
The service was also wonderful for our host Macbeth . Will definitely be coming back soon
Serena was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. A must visit place.
Despite not having a reservation, the staff welcomed us with warmth and generosity, even seating us in what must be the best spot in the house. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional—genuine, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating.
The food was absolutely divine. We started with the Dressed Devon Crab and the Pan-Fried Sea Bream, both bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors and perfectly presented. Paired with a bottle of their delicious white wine, it was a meal to remember. So memorable, in fact, that we ended up enjoying a second bottle as we lingered over dessert.
Speaking of dessert—what a treat! The Wye Valley Rhubarb Crumble was the perfect balance of tart and sweet, while the Pistachio Soufflé was light, airy, and full of flavor.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Brasserie Blanc is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience we’ll fondly remember and gladly recommend. Can’t wait to return!
Unfortunately the service is very bad and spoilt the experience. Thoughtout the whole time we was at the restaurant the staff all looked very miserable and unwelcoming. Espcially the o bese i ndian waitress (pictured) thoughtout most of the night we was there she had her back turned towards us chatting to the other staff and refilling the salt and pepper pots.
We waited a long time for our table to be cleared then had to ask for our food to be bought out as we could see it sat on the kitchen warmer lights and the kitchen staff had pressed the bell more than twice but no one bought our food out. We actually asked for the gratuity to be removed.
We found the staff didn’t make any effort to make us or any of the other tables welcomed. The table next to us were also very unhappy and shaking their heads. Really poor service . Otherwise the food is actually okay. Would we go back. Probably not to Barassie blanc maybe to the Italian place next door
