I am truly perplexed and baffled beyond Einsteins comprehension how a large caramel iced coffee can taste so drastically different day to day.
I pulled up using my rewards for a large coffee which is 3,000 points. I pull up to the window and the young man tells very politely “hey we don’t have coffee” I said “it’s fine, I can wait how long will it be to make some?” He replies “oh we aren’t making anymore because it’s past time.” Past time what? Not 11PM, that’s for absolute certain. So I just ask in return “so what is your manager going to do because I used points not money” after about 3 minutes he comes back and tells me they’re going to make some. I could’ve fell smooth out the front windshield of my car when the young girl opens the window to dramatically and practically fall out the window to give me my coffee. The coffee had about 2 cubes of ice- I surmise the coffee was extremely hot and it was just poured, NO COMPLAINTS THERE I UNDERSTAND, but the coffee look like it had about a morsel- maybe the size of my pupil of creamer. It tasted of nothing like caramel, sweetened condensed milk nor brown sugar with all the other junk in it. It tasted like nursing home decaf coffee. Listen y’all could’ve just said “Look here goes 10 buffalo sauces instead” and I would’ve been so much more pleased. This McDonald’s struggles SO BAD. But Wyatt doesn’t, I just don’t want to drive across town, but I truly will say Wyatt never ever disappoints and their coffee ALWAYS TASTE THE DAY.

Let me tell you. We came after the concert. We waited in line. We had 2 kids meal and a #8. Get to the windows We had ordered LG sweet tea LG unsweetened tea and they were out so got 2 waters. French fries were ice cold Iet me tell you ice cold. I mean never have I gotten such bad food as I did this night. Normally this mcdonalds is good food good service. The burger was gold not ice cold like fries but not even lukewarm. The kids meal were forc2 senior adults so when I say cold we know for a fact what ice cold is. Late night ordering I will not go back here. When we are at er we used to go hear hot food. Not this night which they should have anticipated a crowd after concert. The kid at the first windows was nice but then 2 there and they were all looking at phones instead of apologizing for the weight. The 2nd window the kid did not even shut the kids meals up. He should have parked cars but he did not. I just think the management needs to be reprimanded that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I worked fast food for 15 years so I know the importance of customer satisfaction, fast courteous service is.

Food was decent but just warm not fresh. Fires were lukewarm. Sweet tea tasted watered down. Fast service for as busy as they were though

Waited 20+ minutes, was told to move to a window with people working on machines and over 15 cars passed us before we got our simple order. Not rocket science, definitely prefer the McDonald’s on Wyatt earp, 1:15pm 11/28

This is one local business owner who supports and gives back to the community. A great staff, and while I don’t visit often, I do visit when they are doing programs that support local school and organizations.

We ordered on the app and waited over 20 minutes to get our breakfast burritos in the curbside spot. If they were busy, maybe I’d understand, but like 20 cars came in after us and all left before us. We get our food, leave, and then notice they didn’t even give us the whole order. My guess is they are too lazy to walk to the curbside.

Restaurant over all was very dirty and not well stocked. Floors were dirty tables were dirty seats were dirty. The childrens area was a complete mess! Restrooms were not terrible but did need attention. Food was not well prepared either. Very poor management.
Recent visit had a few improvements but still greatly lacks attentive individuals.

Just went through drive thru. Asked for an ice water at the window. The worker got the manager, a Mexican woman(didn’t get her name) to come over. She gave the water and was extremely rude and un professional. She yelled next time if you want a water you need to order it at the drive thru and you will be charged! Absolutely ridiculous over a water. Simply could’ve said no we don’t do that. Very unprofessional.
