KBop Korean Fusion Café is my next adventure in finding authentic Korean foods. A little further than I’m willing to drive and I was a little apprehensive about the fusion, but turns out they have authentic, traditional dishes as well. Their bathrooms are amazingly clean and they have electronic bidets. The prices are very fair considering the economic climate and of course the dishes are FLAVORFUL. I think i got a little zealous with the level 3 spiciness for my tofu soup but i still loved it. The spice didn’t overpower the flavor. Will def return for the amazing looking desserts

It was my first visit in a while, and I absolutely loved the new interior. It really felt like being in Seoul. The dishes were beautifully presented and very stylish. I highly recommend the green tea bingsu — it was so delicious that I completely forgot to take a photo while eating!

I absolutely loved this restaurant! I’ve been trying to find good bingsu in CO and I finally did! The food was also amazing, great vibes, and lovely owner. I will definitely be coming back here 🙂

The service at this Korean restaurant was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food itself was flavorful and well-prepared, but the portions ;especially the protein felt a bit underwhelming for the price. If they boosted the meat servings just a bit, it would be an easy five-star spot. Still worth a visit for the overall experience!

This was such a good place! The food was excellent—far from mediocre. Looks like they recently changed the menu and decor and they hit it out of the park. I really enjoyed the egg pancake, green tea shaved ice (to die for), and bacon rose dish! And the owner was so kind. I asked for something spicy to dip the food in and she brought me a couple different options. And all the new, lovely art on the walls is done by her.
Will definitely be returning to this hidden gem. Can’t wait to try more food from here.

This was our first time visiting and it was a charming place. It had a clean cheery atmosphere. The food was so very good. My husband likes very spicy but I am more of a mellow flavor type of person and they have varying degrees of sauces to choose from. Their deserts were so so good, and big! We shared the strawberry shaved ice dessert, I don’t recall the name of it. We will definitely go back.

The words I can offer are inadequate to describe just how delicious the food is! I wanted to try things I had never had before and I was certainly not disappointed! The Rose-Bacon Teokbokki was to die for! I was a little nervous about the spicy, even though I like spicy, so I chose mild and will definitely opt for the middle spice level next time, but the creamy red goodness was ten levels of amazing! I also got the vegetable pancake with shrimp and some dumplings and dipped both in the provided sauce and every last thing tasted like it was cooked with love! But, folks, the Bingsu dessert BLOWS my mind. Bingsu is basically a form of ice cream. My fiancée and I got the Matcha. I cried it was so good. No exaggeration, it has de-throned my hitherto favorite dessert of Crème Brulee. But guys… the plating was also amazing! It didn’t just taste good! It looked amazing coming out. And the portion of matcha ice cream shavings were so generous!

As amazing as all the food was, it wasn’t the only great thing about this place! What an atmosphere! I love the white, bright, comfortable set up! The tablet system for ordering was so easy! Everything was comfortable and she even let me put the k-pop demon hunters performance on jimmy Fallon on the store tv.

Speaking of the said “she” the owner not only provided top notch service, she was so friendly and we had great conversation with her while we ate and she worked. I am officially obsessed with this place, and you should be too! If you got this far, you have to go now and try it out! I literally don’t think a restaurant has EVER been more satisfying, and I have been to a lot of restaurants.

Thank you so much K Bop Korean Fusion Cafe for being such a wonderful business and to its owner for being such a lovely human being!

The food is pretty good, but I’m personally not too big of a fan on fusion food. The dessert was very delicious and they have a lot of options. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really chill and is a cool place to go with friends. The service is a bit on the slow side.

Overall my wife and I enjoyed the food. I was hoping for Budae Jiiggae but unfortunately they no longer offer it. I opted for the kimchi stew and requested to add noodles. It was my first time trying it and I’m not sure what the flavor profile is supposed to be but it was rather bland. Tomato heavy and slightly bland. The saving Grace was salty side veggies (called banchan)that added texture and flavor. My wife got the Kimchi fried rice + bulgogi (which is extra) and it was good. Bulgogi was not as flavorful as I’ve had but it was still good. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant so service was a bit slow, but she was sweet and working her 150% best! We topped off lunch with mango bingsoo which was delish! 2 stars in atmosphere as there was vulgar rap playing loudly on the TV for the majority of our time there which was off putting. We will be back though to give it another shot and test some other dishes!
