This is the absolute WORST pizza I have EVER had. I ordered food for my unit here at TGH for a little Christmas party tonight and what I got I would not even consider pizza! I have added a picture of whatever bullshit you want to call that, their version of a buffalo chicken pizza. Umm excuse me but where is the CHEESE, the crust is thinner than a piece of paper and the sauce looks like dried up I don’t even know. I called the store and gave them the opportunity to make it right and their solution was to give me a credit for the next time I order pizza there. I told them I would NOT be ordering from that store EVER again, which is sad because being that I work at the hospital and it’s right around the corner they would get good business. So I asked for a refund for that pizza to the card I used to pay for it and they told me they will leave a ticket for the manager to fix in the morning. Honestly so disappointing! What a BAD representation of the Pizza Hut name.

Don’t ever order form here. I order a chicken pizza and when I got it there was no cheese and my pizza was crazy thin. Like where is the cheese and where is the dough. I will never and I mean never order fine this establishment again and I will make sure to find the higher up and complain.

Great pizza, great prices. Highly recommend placing orders through the pizza hut app so you at least make points on the back end for free stuff. Also, quality staff at this location on Platt always makes sure you’re order is good to go every time.

My worst experience, never got the order on time. Whatever the situation is, busy than usual or very less busy even, never on time. And wonder is there will be a positive review on the day of negative review. Is that a coincidence or a …. I placed an order for delivery scheduled at 11:45 PM. As the time approached, my order still showed as “being made.” The estimated delivery time came and went with no update or notification whatsoever. After waiting far longer than reasonable, I called customer service — only to be informed that the store had closed early for the night.
This is completely unacceptable. Not only was I never notified that my order would not be fulfilled, but your system continued to accept orders and display false operating hours. Had I been notified earlier, I could have made other arrangements instead of wasting my time waiting on a nonexistent delivery.
As a loyal Pizza Hut customer, this level of mismanagement and lack of communication is incredibly disappointing. If your online platform lists a location as open until 1:00 AM, customers should be able to rely on that information — or at the very least, be promptly informed if the store decides to close early.
This experience reflects poorly on your brand, and I sincerely hope management addresses this breakdown in service immediately.

If I could leave a review with a ZERO STAR RATING I would. DRY, OVERCOOKED, SUPER THIN. If this is hand tossed, what does a thin crust look like? Honestly it is a hit and miss. If Jason is not there your order will most likely be made with little care and less effort. I order the same pizza (hand tossed, pepperoni, light tomato sauce) at least weekly and the lack of consistency is mind blowing! They have lost a customer with todays insulting service and product.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have botched their final delivery order for my family. I strongly caution against ordering from this location – pizzas will show up burnt or looking like the pictures attached – they got one right, which is pictured next to the others to show what they should look like. When I called to complain, they refused to do anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
