Quite disappointed in this visit at this location. Ordered a breakfast sandwich with an everything bagel, double toasted,egg, cheese and sausage instead of bacon. I’ve never had a “double toasted” be charcoal black. The dining tables were dirty. No customers inside when we arrived around 8:30am.

Always wait longer than 25 minutes in the drive thru even if there’s no one in front of you for a singular coffee . I’ve pulled up to the speaker and sat there for 5 mins and they didn’t take my order so I thought they were closed. But no I went inside and they took my order. The wait inside is even longer for no reason. Your drink is made wrong 97% of the time. Anything more complicated than a black coffee they will get wrong. Watched an employee make a frozen coffee four times before giving us one and it was unmixed and had no flavor. Your food is either burnt or still frozen. They just upgraded the store but failed to properly train their employees on how to make the food, drinks and customer service.

Completely raw bacon and soggy hash browns evertime i stop in town. Im just going to Waterville from now on. Staff is good just can’t fallow through on the expectations. Especially after ordering everything well done , extra crispy bacon. Tired of throwing money away to support a local business that doesn’t care about service and or quality.

I stopped at this location before going into work and when I sat down to eat once I had arrived at work I saw that my bagel was completely burnt and not edible. This is not the first time this has happened. I understand mistakes happen but as an employee would you be okay with eating this? Worst dunks I’ve ever been to.Tge longest drive thru time even when it’s not busy. Was waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes with no one ahead of me. Finally, said hello to get their attention. They immediately said sorry for the wait, then proceeded to pay for my small hot coffee, employee was completely silent. This is the only dunks where this happens more often than not.
