Thought this would be fun. It was a disappointment. The decor was cool, 50s style, but there was no music. There were only 2 customers in the restaurant and it took the waitress almost 10 minutes to come see us. She took our order then left the restaurant. 10 minutes later, another waitress came and asked us if we’d Ike anything to drink. The burgers were over cooked, but the gravy fries weren’t bad.

This place has one of the best Philly cheese steak sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread is just right and the meat has the right amount of juice to it. The restaurant is pretty cool inside. Love the vibe it gives off. The service was amazing. We always get greeted right away and our order gets taken fast. The time it takes for them to make our food is just right. Wish there was a place closer to use but we don’t mind the 30 min drive every now and then.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. So far I have been waiting 40 minutes for food. Onion rings were great. Fried pickles had a very strange taste like it was an old pickle or something.
The service is real bad here. Not sure if the guy with the mean mug is the owner or the manager but his attitude reflects the experience so far.
Our food just came out: burger was good but the hot dog, fries, and chicken steak sandwich were not good at all.

Unfortunately, they were down to one cook and one waitress when I went in the yesterday. First, the waitress rung my order wrong and charged me for a drink when I specifically mentioned to her that I needed a refill on my WATER. She acted as if she didn’t know she had charged me more for the drink. I asked for the receipt and pointed it out to her so she would give me a refund. Then I got home to eat my shrimp burger and after 1 bite, I noticed that the shrimp was overcooked and the amount was less than normal for an Andy’s sized shrimp burger. The fries were also a little too done for my liking. I’ve never had a bad experience here before but this was a total waste of money.

I last visited here about a year and a half ago. When I used to eat here the service was fast and friendly. The food was very good. I just left and don’t think I’ll ever go back. We waited a half hour for our food, our hamburger rolls were crunchy and they changed their fries from hot crinkle cuts to plain,tasteless and cold ones. I think someyfrom their HQ needs to visit and retrain.

Sad experience at what used to be a great place. We’ve been eating here periodically for many years. But this last trip has killed it for us. I give 1 star for the waitress who was pleasant. But the rest of the trip was horrid. The upholstery on the seats was ripped. The tables were dirty. The floor was so slick with grease you had to watch your step. There were only 3 families eating supper and it took 45+ minutes for our food to arrive after placing the order. The food finally arrived and was missing toppings. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The shrimp burger only had 3 shrimp on it. The peppers and onions on the Philly cheese steak were not cooked. And there was no manager to be found in the building. Sorry, but we are done! I’ll drive to another town if I need a HWY 55 fix from now on.

We have been here at the restaurant for over 30 minutes. We are the only actual customers eating in and have not received our food. They are making orders for people that are not even here. We will not be back.

Was our Friday night spot but the new management must have made them A LOT slower. 10 mins before we got drinks. We ordered 2 items, a combo and a kids meal. The bill was messed up 4 times before it was fixed. I was charged extra for items or charged for items we never received. She never brought a refill. I had to eventually just go get them myself. The burger I had was only meat and a bun, but I had never asked for it to come with just meat and a bun. We also stacked up all of the trash and food at the end of the table to be picked up so it’d be easy on our server but she never picked it up even though she had 3 chances to do so. Eventually our 9 month old grabbed it and pulled on it when we weren’t looking which sent hot sauce everywhere including all over my wife, her clothes, and face. This was easily the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. As they say, I wish I could give a lower rating because 1 star is too many.
We used to come to this location ever Friday for over 2 years, so I’m very experienced on how it is supposed to go.
