I love San Marcos, who doesn’t? Food is always great. My kids love the chips and queso, and the staff is always great. Also I have recently tried their steak street tacos… man I never knew but they are amazing! Check them out if you get a chance you wont be sorry!

This restaurant is located at the Americas Best hotel in Winnsboro.
Chips are stale. The salsa, I have no words. It’s as if they opened a can of tomato soup and added a few spices. No vegetables, no salsa flavor, no spice. Flat! We weren’t impressed and we won’t be back.

Ordered chicken fajita chicken, chicken tasted
spoiled. Roaches crawling on table. At least waitress did not charge us for meal. We did not eat the meal left when roaches started crawling on table and wall. Showed waitress picture of roaches.

I was kinda disappointed, was looking for some pastor, barbacoa, Tripas, menudo or something.. I had tacos, tamales, & enchilada. All meat is ground beef americano. Other than that the food was very good! I’ll probably eat again next time in town.

The food was good, although my tamale was store biught, not made in-house as I had hoped. The Chili Relano was not stuffed, but laying on top of some chicken. The guacamole was delicious. Being in such a small area, they need to do better with the food. They could also spruce up the decor. It looks very old and very tired.
