We cannot recommend Ivory Road highly enough! From start to finish, Jill and her team made our wedding reception planning an absolute joy. Even from overseas, Jill was incredibly responsive, thorough, and thoughtful, answering all our questions and helping us navigate every detail of the event.
The communication was exceptional. She anticipated potential issues, offered practical and creative suggestions, and made sure our vision for a relaxed and intimate gathering with family was realized perfectly. Jill’s attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine care made us feel supported and confident every step of the way.
On the day of our event, everything ran smoothly. The space was beautiful, accommodating, and inviting, with both indoor rooms and the patio creating the perfect flow for our group of 19. The food was outstanding, plentiful, and presented beautifully. Guests kept commenting on how comfortable and welcoming the atmosphere was.
If you are looking for a venue that combines exceptional hospitality, exquisite food, and a warm personal touch, Ivory Road is the place to go. Jill truly goes above and beyond and we are so grateful for the role she played in making our special day unforgettable.

I absolutely love Ivory Road. Jill is such a sweet, friendly and knowledgeable person serving up delicious wines and snacks every week! Her wine classes are fun and informative, and her wine tastings during the week are always very good too. We have learned so much about wine because of her, and she has opened up our eyes to good wines at great prices!! Her wine club is also great — discounts on all food, drinks, and events as well as 3 bottles per month. You can’t beat the prices. We have also made some really great friends there, it’s an intimate atmosphere with people who come regularly!

The chef collaborations and upcoming events at Ivory Road are a foodies paradise! The space was recently updated. It’s cozy and welcoming. Each space, in the home turned restaurant, offers community seating with exceptional service for a one of a kind experience. Stay tuned for their new offerings and curated menus. Brunch yesterday was next level. Thank you chef’s TT and Jill.

I had the pleasure of stopping by this place during our trip in North Carolina. I made a last minute change to our breakfast plans before our hike for the day. I chose Ivory Road over a couple of other local spots and I’m happy I did!
The Nutella and banana stuffed french toast was the best french toast I’ve had, no contest. The hash soul bowl was amazing as well and if you enjoy well made duck do not pass this dish up.
The restaurant is essentially a house with table seating inside and outside seating available as well. It’s a very cozy and quiet setting, perfect for a relaxing start to the morning.
The service was great as everyone there was very friendly and welcoming.
Needless to say if I’m ever in the area again I will be ready for round 2!

This is a quaint little restaurant in an old house. There are a number of rooms where you may be seated for your meal. The menu was somewhat limited.
We visited for lunch, but after looking over the menu we decided to order from the breakfast menu. We both had the Southern Skillet. It had cheddar cheese grits, bacon and two eggs served in an iron skillet. It was a delicious combination. The wheat bread came with honey butter and jam.
The meal was excellent and the service was good.
Enjoy a meal here when you can! And while you are there be sure to visit the Little Free Library near the parking lot. Take a book and leave a book!

Adorable little spot with most of their seating outdoors. The menu is fabulous with some variety, and all unique dishes. My breakfast tacos with chicken thighs and crumbled waffles were SO good, and service was super friendly and attentive. I will be back.

Ivory Road Wine Bar is one of the best hidden gems in the area. The wines are impeccably chosen, and the small plates offered pair exquisitely with the wine and atmosphere. It’s such a cute and cozy place in an old converted stone home complete with fireplace seating for winter and a wonderful outdoor, dog-friendly patio. DEFINITELY try the cheese board, and the wine tasting events are always extremely informative and fun. Don’t miss it!

My husband and I booked Ivory Road for our small wedding reception in July of 2025. Throughout the whole process of planning the event and figuring out details, Jill was always quick to respond, flexible to our needs, and willing to adapt to planning the event with me being out of state for the whole process. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jill, the event space, and the food and service we received for our reception. This meal with our family was my absolute favorite part of my wedding experience and Jill made every part of the process so simple and easy. It was perfect for our needs and I would highly recommend Ivory Road to anyone else looking for an event space. I felt so comfortable working with Jill and asking for what I needed and she did such an amazing job making the event everything I wanted it to be. Also, the mint-macerated lemon-strawberry cake she made for our reception was the best cake I have ever had in my life! It was heavenly!

We recently attended a blind wine tasting event at Ivory Road and had a marvelous time. We went with another couple and all of us found surprises about wine varieties that we had previously given up on. We also all learned about new labels and tasting descriptions/techniques. Jill was a great hostess, who obviously has a wealth of wine knowledge that she clearly and readily shared with us throughout the evening. It was a nice small’ish group event, so it was easy to communicate and more personal. All in all, it was a really fun evening and we hope to get back to Ivory Road for another one in the near future. Also, wanted to mention that Jill was really accommodating with us on various reschedules we threw at her. Thank you, Jill!
