An affordable and amazing lunch spot close to Six Flags New England! Staff were friendly, understanding of dietary restrictions, and very attentive.

Food portions were generous. Chips and salsa were regularly replenished. Delicious and classic Mexican cuisine!

There aren’t too many parking spots but we didn’t have an issue parking around 4pm on a weekend in the summer.

We were visiting in the summer and there was already some Christmas decor up (a total bonus in my book!)

The first time here after the Six Flag was so impressive here. The food was so delicious. I loved what we got a lot. Only one thing wasn’t good is rice (too dry). But I will come back for sure

I wouldn’t eat here again. The food was very disappointing. Like the pork chop had the crunch but the mole sauce on it is a no go. The rest of the food needed flavor. Out of all the Mexican restaurant I been to this will be in my black list.

We almost didn’t try this place because of location–meaning the last two restaurants in this building were not good.

But, it’s Mexican now, and we had to try it out. Glad we did.

First the chips and salsa were exceptional–fresh and crispy with no greasiness.
Then we were served a complimentary small quesadilla which was a nice touch.

Our two entrees, a chicken mole served with rice and beans and fresh avocado. My husbands only remark: more mole sauce please, and I had a combination chile rellenos, enchilada and chimichanga and asked for double beans and no rice. I was pleasantly surprised that my meal came with a generous portion of freshly made guacamole. Very unusual. Both meals were well-prepared and tasty. This is not chain food, which means experience may vary–hence some odd review discrepancies. But our meal was not only very authentic, our server was above par and very attentive and very willing to accommodate my menu change of double beans with no rice.

Another pleasant surprise was a complimentary dessert taco with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. Yum!

Best of all, the prices are very reasonable and portions are a good value.

We shall return.

Let’s get the minor complaints out of the way 1st. They only have soda in cans, so no free refills and the refried beans are runny. That’s it. They tasted fine though.
They’re located within a half mile of Six Flags New England, so hopefully that will attract customers. This location has had many restaurants that have failed. I really hope this one makes it.
The chips and salsa were brought out right away, and the salsa was excellent. Not too spicy for the faint of heart, but with a nice bite and flavor. The chips were nice and warm.
There is outdoor seating available on a nice cover porch off the front.
I started with the queso fundido. It’s made with an artery clogging amount of cheese and lots of crumbled sausage. So good. It comes with four small tortillas or you can eat it with the free chips.
I had the flauta, burrito, and enchilada combo. I chose chicken (pollo)for the flauta and beef (carne)for the burrito and enchilada. Both the flauta and enchilada were nice and crispy.
The meal came with lots of cheese, lettuce, and guacamole.
They finish your meal with an included churro topped with chocolate sauce and honey. There’s also a small scoop of ice cream with some whipped cream.

We drove 30 minutes, inspired by the great reviews. The server was nice. The restaurant appeared clean. They gave us complimentary cheese quesadillas (appetizer) and dessert burritos. The chips were served in a woven basket without a paper liner. Eating chips directly from a basket that cannot be washed/sanitized and that could have been in rotation and touched by hundreds of customers is not appetizing. In general, the food lacked flavor. The strawberry margarita tasted like it was made from a powdered drink mix. The tamale was the size of a large burrito. It was chicken in a dish layered with masa dough and topped with lettuce. The chimichanga came out as 3 rolled crispy tacos. One of them had a large piece of gristle/bone. The steak quesadillas were served on 3 taco sized tortillas with sour cream and lettuce. The dessert burrito was filled with a banana flavored custard and served with a scoop of ice cream. I am truly baffled at all the high ratings. The money they spend on the free appetizers and desserts should be invested in seasoning. I am not unrealistic. I did not expect to find authentic Mexican food in Agawam, MA. I did however expect a reasonable Americanized version. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences in recent memory, and I purchase several meals out on a weekly basis.

You know when you get chips and salsa “before” you order- yes this is a GOOD PLACE. Loved the vibes, decorations, food (so tasty!), and the portion! Would definitely visit again. Deep fried ice-cream can entertain your eyes as well as your mouth

We love Mexican food and stopped here on our way home from a karate tournament. The servers were friendly but unfortunately the food was just mediocre. I was surprised given the high ratings. Our chips were stale and chewy and the salsa was just okay. My husband ate the traditional chille rellano which was disappointing and my chimichanga was not the best I’ve had. Small and lacking flavor. Our kiddo did enjoy his chicken fingers and fries. My margarita was good though and we appreciated the complimentary desserts. Maybe it was an off day but overall unimpressive.

Wonderful “non-nationally chained” Mexican restaurant with impeccable service. Warm and welcoming making you feel like you just stepped in your grandmother’s house.

Daughter and I were slightly bummed that they didn’t have birria taco on their menu as that was one of the main reasons we wanted Mexican food that day as the place that served them was closed due to Easter. However the food that took it’s place was top notch and did not disappoint.

Will be revisiting time and time again with Mexican food wanted for dinner.

This is the best place to eat Mexican food near Six Flags. The food was delicious, decent size servings and the service was great. The icecream after food was amazing my favorite Chicken Burrito in picture with ice cream. try it once, if you haven’t yet!! There is plenty of parking.
