Ordered a burrito with beans beef and cheese only and got charged for it only got a been only burrito. Learning the hard way if you want it fixed right do it at home, lots cheaper and Taste lots better I always make my meals with love. Four chicken quesadillas and 2 bean burritos $29.25. And before anyone starts making their RUDE remarks. This is MY REVIEW….my experience, not yours! If you want to brag on them, then you need to make your own review.

I just ordered from here through the widow and when i got my food it was cold and my cinnamon twist were hard as a rock I asked for some hot and mild sauce and they only gave me mild sauce so it looks like they dont know how to serve freshly cooked food and they dont know how to listen

Store was EXTREMELY dirty and almost every table was disgusting. Soda machine area was clearly not cleaned either. Staff ran into customers 2 separate times and didn’t even apologize. Some of the staff were not wearing gloves while handling the food and some of the staff was just standing around while the line was getting backed up. Idk what it is about Smithville but the attitudes of these people and demeanor is just ridiculous. Everyone looks extremely miserable.

I love Taco Bell. I’ve been here several times. One time I went there and got chicken off the KFC side of it, and it was burnt. The last time we went and had Taco Bell, and the meat was burnt, but I have been here several times that it was delicious. We all have days.

Accidently arrived at 5 mins to closing on a wednesday night. Traveling home after a ball tournament and in unfamiliar area. The staff were absolutely polite, we’re already ready to close, but never a cross word. Food was great and correct as ordered. Keep up the good work crew!

Like a casino, food is ALWAYS the best, …but the service sometimes is short, rude, OR very helpful & friendly. That LOUD square white thing on the wall by registers NEEDS to be quieted down… ABSOLUTELY approve of the music.
