French Onion Soup – it was cheesy, comforting, and tasted like a snowy day spent indoors! And the Chicken Caesar Wrap? Perfectly crisp, packed with flavor, and totally satisfying. The staff is so genuinely friendly, they make you feel like family! It’s the perfect cute little getaway for a date night or a heartwarming meal with friends. Highly, highly recommend!

I recently dined at Nuovo, and it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
What stood out the most was how genuinely kind and attentive the staff were—everyone made sure I had what I needed without being overbearing. Their hospitality felt natural and made the meal all the more enjoyable.
The food was delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. I also appreciated that they gladly accommodated a special request, without hesitation or showing that’s even slightly annoying.
With great food and a warm, friendly staff, Nuovo is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back for another meal if I’m in the area again.
The kids menu is very creative and even has some activities for the kids and they do get crayons!

Nuovo Chicago is just so, so good. From the first visit it was clear this place really knows what it’s doing. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and you can tell they care about quality ingredients and getting the details right. It’s one of those spots where you keep saying wow after every bite and already start planning your next visit before you leave.
The atmosphere is great too. Warm, welcoming, and perfect whether you’re out for a casual dinner or a nicer night out. Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out perfectly timed. Just an all around great experience from start to finish.

I am glad I found this place online and saw that it had great reviews, or I would never have stopped by. The outside is deceiving, as the restaurant is in a sort of strip-mall-like space. But once you walk in, the interior is lovely. Bright, nice decor, and not too loud. David was our server, and he was lovely.
At first glance, the prices seem slightly high but are totally in line with the amount of food you get.
My friend and I had the beet salad. It could have fed 3 people as an appetizer salad, and it was delicious!
We also split the grouper vodka sandwich. I am not a sandwich person, but that caught my eye, so we ordered it. It was definitely enough for 2 people, and it was yummy.
We were full, but topped dinner off with the flourless cake à la mode. The cake was OK, and the vanilla ice cream seemed to have freezer burn, so that was disappointing. But it will not stop me from coming back.
I 100% recommend this place, and my friend and I will make it one of our go-tos.

Terrible experience at this restaurant, they refused to service me. I walked in and the waitress or hostess looked right at me and walked away. Mind you it’s lunch on a Wednesday, the restaurant is mostly empty. After standing at the front for a couple of minutes someone from the kitchen comes out and still doesn’t seat me, instead asking if I ordered online. Said no, I’m here to get food. He says, ok but did you order online? (Now I’m really starting to feel insulted) I point to all the empty chairs and ask if the dining room was closed. He says no and still doesn’t seat me, instead asking now if I wanted to place an order to go. I literally say “If the restaurant is open, then why won’t you seat me?” It was like I was in a 1960s time portal. Frustrated I said “It’s okay” and left. I was so disappointed to be treated that way.

I had a fantastic experience at Nuovo when I was recently visiting Chicago. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD, and the service was equally terrific. I do not exaggerate when I say that it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my LIFE (Pizza, broccoli, and a sweet and amazing coffee drink). And to top it all off, the manager personally came over to our table to ensure that we had the best possible experience. I can’t wait to visit Nuovo again! Highly highly recommend!!!!

We went to Nuovo Chicago yesterday with a group of 9 people and had a great experience. The food was very good, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent. Dimitrius was very attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire evening. He made sure everything ran smoothly for our large group. We will come back in the future.

Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, and wonderful service! Everything was so well presented and came out very fast (although we went on a Tuesday night so it wasn’t very busy).
The food was very tasty, and lots of tempting options on the menu. Favorites included the arancini and the tagliatelle with mushrooms. The beet salad was good although the dressing seemed a bit sweet for me. The spinach and artichoke pizza and the Camembert frito were good as well.

I looked for reviews to find a place where to go out with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday. Nuevo has very good reviews and was close, so we made a reservation there.
First, I have to praise the space! The restaurant is very nicely decorated with all those lights! I believe that it is even more beautiful in the evening. The music is pleasant, not loud.
Second, the staff is very helpful. In reviews everyone praised Chad and I totally agree! He is very hospitable and kind. Shortly- professional in his work.
By reading the reviews, I saw that everyone tried the arancini and I have to admit they are perfect! The taste is fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone! Although I wanted to try tagliatelle with mushrooms, which is the most popular, I couldn’t because it was morning, so we ordered pizzas. I can definitely say they are great too. I took bbq spicy, and my friend took one with mushrooms. I liked the bbq better. At the end we took the chocolate truffle that arrived with a sprinkler because it was my birthday!
All in all, I would recommend this place because the food is really good and varied, there are various dishes for everyone’s taste! And yes, the prices are like in downtown, but it is with reason.
