Stopped for quick lunch and waited 30 minutes and finally checked on order and they seemed upset that we were checking on order. When we got our order they dumped our fries upside down in bag and grease was all over bottom of bag. Fries and meal looked like trash. Terrible service, Terrible food.

We used to love sonic, but every one I’ve visited in the last year has gone way downhill. The food just isn’t good anymore. We used to stop here every year on our way to Sikeston but unfortunately we won’t anymore.

I absolutely love Sonic in Sikeston. The food is always fresh and hot when I pick it up. There is the convenience of placing orders online. Sonic has amazing discounts for orders placed in the app. The employees are pleasant and dog friendly. My two Yorkies love the half price cheeseburgers every Tuesday, as well as the occasional complimentary pup cup of ice cream. They anxiously wait in the car for their food. Thank you for consistent great service.

I work in the food industry for Wayne County in Michigan. The food was terrible; the cheeseburgers were cold and did not look fresh. We asked for combo meals and only got 1bag of fries with 3 orders. The lady supervisor was rude as we tried to explain our dilemma, served via drive-thru on Thursday 07/24. I promise we will never come back again. I wonder if the owner realizes what’s going on there. I returned the food!!!!

Kudos to KK that works there. Met her awhile back. Very friendly and personable. She does a great job. Sonic needs more like her! Always asked how my day is. I’m there a lot before work and look forward to her waiting on me.

Waited 20 mins outside bc I just wanted water and I love those mozz sticks! I moved to different isles and had a 20 min phone convo and yet no one took my order. I under restaurants get busy. But as soon as you press the red button they can hear you on the headset. Someone could have said hi, we will be with you in just a moment. No one said that. Instead 25 mins later they say what can I get for you. I told them I’ve ordered elsewhere. But I will come back when not busy.

I LOVE Sonic but this location is so difficult. The speakers never work so then I’ll move to another one, wait 15 minutes, move to another one, order; then I wait 30-40 minutes on the food IF I even get to order(This is the same every time). The app never works for this location either so ordering online to bypass the speakers never working isn’t an option. The staff is always nice and apologetic and I’m sure they’re also tired of the basic software/systems never working. I personally feel like this is a management/corporate issue and it’s been going on for almost a year now so I’m not sure why actions haven’t been taken or put in place to fix these things especially when I’m not the only one who has taken time to leave a review regarding the same problem.
