I wish I could give this place a minus star. Ordered a regular salad, all veggies, no meat, no fancy stuff plus a small soup. They charged $30! The salad was not even fresh!!! This place should be shut down!!!

This Saladworks is in the food court at the mall, so I was not expecting much. I had the Southwest Chipotle Ranch salad straight off the menu.
The size was appropriate and filling. It was a good experience, given the location.
The staff did a good job of preparing the salad and checking out, however, they did not seem to be happy or engaging. They the motions of their job and not much more.
The meal was tasty and enjoyable. I had a side roll that was warm and fresh.

Very stingy with the salad. Charged extra for no reason. Beware of what they are charging you.

Not good. I had 3 dead insects in my salad and I almost threw up when I saw them. They looked like sesame seeds, but when I looked closer, they very much had faces and wings. I’ll never go back there again. I should have taken a photo as obvious proof, but I failed to do that unfortunately. I was just so taken aback by it.

Overall not good. The manager is rude and just yells at customers about his pricing in front of other customers its just simply in-professional. The food alone isnt worth the money either a cold wrap isnt worth imo. But want really got me to not come back is the customer service i am big on customer service and his energy wasnt giving.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! The service is horrible, they charge enough to get a good salad, instead they are super cheap when adding ingredients. I can’t believe that they almost count the pieces they put on the bowl. I have tried a couple of time and see if it is the person serving,but its all of the employees. Today was it, I’ve had it, the fact that the guys was actually taking lettuce of the bowl did it, come on! lettuce is the cheapest thing and if you start taking stuff of when it’s the first ingredient I wasn’t going to stand there and watch him try fool me with a couple pieces of chicken. Worst salad works ever!!!!!

Poor service, rude and constantly rolls their eyes. One out of ten of their employees actually appreciates that they have a job. Other than that, salad was tasty. But that might be the “special sauce” the angry employees probably use. Dont dare inconvenience one of them or you’ll get a scoff with a side of attitude
