The lady who took my order with two braids in her hair was super rude and on top of that, the 4 piece combo was basically a 3 since one of them was a tiny piece of bone with chicken on it AND I didnt get the potatoes with the meal. 0/5 except thats not an option.

Staff was super friendly even though I walked in close to closing time. My cashier was Jocelyn and the cook was funny but I didn’t get his name. There was another lady working hard cleaning up. The 3 made my night. I told them that the chicken strips the made fresh were probably going to be the best ever.

Terrible customer service at the drive-thru.
I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:30 pm, even though this location states it closes at 11:00 pm. I was there before closing time, yet no one would take my order.

I waited and was completely ignored. No employee spoke to me or explained why I wasn’t being helped. They simply refused to provide service while still technically open.

This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If the drive-thru is not available before closing, the business should clearly state that. I would not recommend this location.

I visited your Church’s Chicken location last night and had a disappointing experience. I ordered bone-in wings at the drive-thru. The employee taking my order was distracted, talking to someone else multiple times. She asked me twice whether I wanted bone-in or boneless, and I clearly said “bone-in.”

Before I could even finish placing my order, she told me to drive forward, then quickly said, “Never mind, what were you going to want?” I repeated my order and politely asked for the wings to be made fresh.

When I got to the window, she took my payment but didn’t give me a receipt and told me to just drive forward. After waiting around 10 minutes, another employee handed me my food without confirming my order or saying anything.

When I got home, I realized they gave me boneless wings instead of bone-in. I tried calling the store immediately, but no one answered last night or this morning.

I’d appreciate it if someone could reach out to resolve this issue.

This happened yesterday. We did come extremely late. However, up selling from the $11 meal to the $20 meal without asking us and then insulting my husband through the front window multiple times saying that we don’t have any money and that we’re broke and we don’t deserve to be there when their system was rebooting and they could have noticed that is extremely cringe and horrible to act that way. We almost left without the chicken had my husband not been as hungry as he was. What made it worse is that you can hear the Little Caesars customer service guy and how he was with four different people in the amount of time that this lady treated us badly. He was absolutely wonderful to people in their line. I would not go back to this company to buy chicken. Even if it was the best chicken because of this customer service.

This place is the worst! They have nothing ready. They tell you it will be 20 minutes to make something to discourage you from ordering. They made me commit a felony and told me to park in handicap to wait for my order. I waited for 30 minutes and had to call in and the girl that answered told me they forgot to charge me correctly. When I gave her my entire order she said “oh yeah, I’ve got your order.” I can’t believe this is a real business that makes profit. The customer service is terrible and has made me hate Church’s. I will never go to another one again!

Went to the drive-through ordered a meal. This is what they gave me call. The manager told her that the drumstick was burnt. The thigh was very hard the manager Flores said well there nothing can do and refuse to give me a refund and she did not care that her product looks burnt. I explained to her that I left three hours away from here and I was traveling and she did not care. I asked her for her general manager she said that she did not have one. Everyone has an area manager she said not us bad service bad product I do not recommend this churches and whoever is the owner really needs to step in to make sure that they’re not losing customers

Not only did they change their name, apparently they’ve changed their standard of chicken. I use to be able to go into any church’s and they would have fresh or at least close to fresh chicken. I’m only writing this not so good review because it’s now more than twice that I’ve gotten subpar chicken; and not just from this location. It was so greasy I had to wrap it in paper towels just to make it not so bad. I almost think it was refried. Besides the greasiness making me believe it was recooked, the chicken itself was dry,overcooked, old. Next, the pieces were small, they use to be big, that’s why everyone liked going to church’s. Finally about my experience, the attitude. This and another location, the employees are or seem nice, but there is a sense of attitude behind their voices; like they really don’t want to be there or help you.

Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes just to order and wait another 10 to get to the window.. never had issues with any other churches but this one! Management needs to fix whatever is going on at this location.

Manager is rude they told me 10 minutes for my order to be ready. 20, minutes later and it’s still not done they told me to wait in the front and then gave me a nasty attitude for asking how long.
