This was my second time in this place the first time was good. But yesterday we order a few pastries was good but the croquetas not so good but is ok also we order the big breakfast we ask for a scramble eggs with ham when the lady hand me the plate with the scramble eggs the ham doesn’t smell good it was like rotten ham but i did say anything at the moment when i seat and try the first bite it was horrible . I ask the lady (i dont know her name)but it was the skinny tall lady with black hair ( i m sorry but that the only way i have to describe her ) i ask if she can change the order because it smell and taste really bad..she changed the order .but when i ask her nicely what was wrong with the ham she said nothing was wrong and that was the first and the last time she change me the order because nothing was wrong.i replied that for sure that will be the last time because i will never going back to that bakery again.i tried to explain to her but she start screaming and she did not let me talk she couldn’t hear anything i said because she was screaming really loud . That was not way to treat a customer also i wait for the place to be just us because before was 4 other people in there i did not want to ask her in front of thoses customers . But still she was way out of line .really bad experience.that customer service and rotten food . When i ask for the owner or the manager she did not answer. This is the worst cuban bakery in the area .

The food is really good but my family and I have decided to to come here any more because of the indecent music that plays through the TV. We are Hispanic too and the music videos that are played are very indecent and do not represent Hispanic culture. Really sad, I hope this changes. I wish this new bakery the best.

The place is super clean inside, first green flag for me. The ladies and the gentleman that were working were so so sweet and super friendly. I ordered two juices and a pan de Bono and a flan. That pan de bono was TOP TIER. So good. I’ve been all over south America and that was better than some Colombian bakeries in Colombia. Also the mango juice? Soooo good. 10/10 will be back again
