Had a rough experience actually getting to our VIP area, as we previously payed online for a spot. The first two men who were running the front of the building and the front of the VIP room were sort of rude and didn’t check the list to further help us; however the night drastically changed when a nice lady helped us and checked the list for us and lead us to the room and showed us all the amenities. We had a very nice bartender and the food was pretty good, the Korean Fried Chicken was excellent with the Bao Buns. The venue was even bette , with a server girl constantly checking on us during the performance to see if we were doing good and accommodated . Aside from trying to actually enter the place and get their online list checked , this was a great experience and is worth the time for some good food, music and drinks.

Affordable, clean, and safe place to see a show. Drinks and food are great for venue. Sound is awesome. VIP is upstairs although floor is alot better. Plenty of room to dance, move around, seats available without VIP downstairs.

First time there. Went to enjoy some live music. And the place is very cool. Very large circular couches separated by decorative posts creating party rooms. There are about 6 of those, them in front of the stage there is a very large horse shoe couches that can seat about 15 to 20 people. The bar had plenty of comfy stools and cocktail tables all around creating intimate space. The lighting, artwork, and interior design is top notch.
The bands were all great and the crown was a mix of ages, but mostly 30 to 40 age group.
The dress is casual, dressy. The ladies bathroom was clean and well maintain and nicely decorated too.
The food was e collect and the service was excellent. Great crew. Good job hiring these people. Very on point and professional. I felt well taken care of. They really made a point to connect with the guests. Watch out Fountain Room. Your competition may want to poach your people so take care of the.

My wife and I recently became members at the foundation room. And it was one of the coolest things we’ve done in a very long time. Aside from the VIP access to concerts and tickets, the foundation room is one of the funniest places we’ve gone to in a very long time. We have met the greatest people there, the hostesses our concierge team and the bartenders are awesome Maddie behind the bar and Maddie that helps us with Jasmine are amazing. There is just something about the House of Blues that is amazing, no matter which one your at you feel like you are part of history (where legends are made). Such an iconic place and a great overall vibe. When you roll up to the great big beautiful silver door at the Foundation Room, you feel like an instant rock star.
Members have their own private entrance and elevator which takes to a beautiful lounge separate from the main House of Blues.
We were invited to an event being held in the Foundation Room. We were able to reserve a table for the event. Ryan was very helpful and friendly, he even took the time to find me to introduce himself which we thought was pretty awesome. We had a great booth close to the band. The entire staff in the Foundation Room we’re fabulous. It was pretty crowded yet they never missed a beat.
The bands sounded amazing, the room was lush and comfortable and the staff was amazing from the point we checked in to when we headed out for the night.
Being a Foundation Room member comes with various perks based on your membership level. Compared to other memberships it is a pretty good deal, especially for music lovers.
