The inside is nice and has plenty of seating. It’s a shame that the bowls and smoothies are awful. This has to be one of the worst Acai bowls I’ve ever had. The Acai was completely watery. The fruit itself wasn’t great either.

Went to this location twice ordered a Acai bowl both times, and they were not good at all fruit saggy, had this weird texture to it, the Acai was sour. I will just stick to the USF location that’s the best one to go to. Will not ever return here which sucks because it’s right by my house now I have to go further!

Staff here is always friendly and very helpful in answering menu questions. I highly recommend the Caprese Toast, I get it every time I go. A staff member (Sarah) helped me pick out and made my smoothie (the Vacation). It was really good and tasted very fresh. I like to go here when I’m in the area. It’s always a good experience.
If you go when it’s busy the order can take about 5-8 mins but around 7pm-8pm the wait is usually only 1-3 mins. My only complaint is the chairs are a bit uncomfortable.

It’s ok, I had a vacation smoothie which didn’t have much flavor it seems they add too much ice. Wife had an Apple drink which was ok but again watered down but this time with milk. Staff was nice, store was clean but the table was sticky and prices are about $9 a drink with only one size.

Great location with comfy sofa seats! Service was quick; food was fresh. I tried the brunch quesadilla (delicious, added Brie, new favorite) with a bean healthy smoothie (always delicious, although a little more of a coffee punch than other locations). New favorite location!

While visiting family in Tampa, we came across this Grain and Berry. We don’t have one near where we live in Texas. It was so clean and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Since it was our first time at a Grain and Berry they assured us if we ordered something we didnt like they would replace it with something else. They said they wanted happy return customers. We had the Guac and Roll. It was fantastic! Thank you to Haleigh for making our first visit such a great experience. Can’t wait to find one in Texas very soon.

As a family of 4 traveling through the area, we were glad to find a healthy place. However, all of us were completely disappointed.
We ordered a healthy Elvis smoothie that was so chunky, it could not be drank with a straw, despite being watery.
We ordered a toasted Elvis toast without banana (but it was still made with banana. They kindly remade it for us).
We also had an açaí make your own bowl, which comes with three toppings: we ordered coconut flakes and double honey. There was no honey on the bowl. The fruit was also mushy and not cold, and the pineapple still had the rind.
Lastly, we ordered a Romain wrap. The wrap was nice and big, but the lettuce was very soggy. The croutons were mixed in, but because it was soggy, they crumbled throughout the wrap, making the texture very unpleasant.
Our food all came out and different times. This was over $60 before a tip, and we ended up stopping elsewhere after 🙁

I had a great experience at Grain and Berry! The bowls have plenty of toppings/add-ons to choose from and are quite tasty. The açaí did melt relatively quick and they are quite priced. Nevertheless, I will definitely be coming back

I had high hopes for Grain & Berry after someone recommended their açaí bowls, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, flies were landing on the exposed fruit, and everything was left open and uncovered. The counters were noticeably dirty, and no one greeted us when we walked in—I actually had to greet the staff myself just to feel acknowledged. The only positive I’ll note is that the staff seemed young, and I understand how that can sometimes affect the level of service. Still, cleanliness and basic customer service should always be a priority.
