We got pizza on Sunday night after a big snow storm. Kind of expected it to be so busy but the team they’re really got out the pizzas as quick as possible. Unfortunately because so many people have the same idea a lot of pizza came a little undercooked. Which happens when the stoves are being used so much. I contacted the store to let them know and they brought me out another pizza. Unfortunately that one was overcooked. I contacted the general manager of the very next day and let them know about the problem. Not to get our money back but just to give him a heads up. This manager was so nice so polite and so very helpful that she gave us full credit and apologized. No apology needed you guys were extremely busy and did the best you could. So for you guys thank you for a wonderful experience. This store continues to outshine themselves. They take adversities and strides and overcome disappointments. They learn from their mistakes and are always pushing for the satisfaction of the customer. I for one am very happy and am proud of how diligent this team is about making the customer happy. No matter how many bad reviews or how many upset customers you may have continue to hold your head up high because we know you doing a great job. We appreciate you and your hard work and effort.

We always order from this Pizza Hut and never had an issue. Unfortunately, tonight when picking up our pizza we arrived home to find our pizza looked like this! It’s tasted yummy but disappointed it had a hole in a slice. Our other pizza we ordered was fine thankfully.

It was so cool to find an actual old-school, dine-in Pizza Hut! They have everything here except the giant red cups and a jukebox, but the salad bar and having a pizza served hot to your table still in the pan more than make up for it. If you’re in Ft. Morgan and looking for a bit of nostalgia, you’ve got to stop in here and treat yourself.

Me and my family dine in all the time. The server is quick to service us. Even when we did take a bit longer. Especially when my family likes to experiment with their food. I recommend coming here.

This is the second time this has happened. I order my pizza and it had burnt parts all over the top. When I complain the employee explains to me that “it just comes out like that” like that makes it less burnt? So are you telling me I have to have burnt pizza or nothing?
