We tried the pork belly adobo. It wasn’t the sweet soy sauce flavor we were expecting, but the meat was tender and easy to eat. The accompanying salad was a delightful combination of macaroni and potatoes. The portion was very generous, and it left us feeling satisfied

Food is SO GOOD. I drive 45 minutes out of my way for the loco moco—-so many flavors, quality ingredients. The service is great, too. This place is 5 stars. If you look at other reviews of 1-3 stars it’s from people who haven’t even tried the food. If those weren’t on there (and they shouldn’t be if you haven’t even tried the food!!) then this would be perfect scoring.

Awesome food! This was my first time coming here and I was hoping to try Mochiko Chicken for the first time, but alas they were already sold out. A little disappointing, but no big deal. I got the soy garlic fried chicken he offered up and it was so delicious. So crispy! The tuna mac salad was also very good. Big portions here, so definitely makes 2 meals for me. Can’t wait to come back and try some other items.

Great location for this Hawaiian food cart, with shared indoor or outdoor seating and easy parking in the pod. I had spam musubi and the chili coconut chicken with tuna mac and rice, and I’ll be going back to try the rest of their menu.

The meats were amazing, we tried the mochiko chicken and the braised beef moco. Chicken had a wonderful flavor and crunch to them while the beef was super tender with beautifully developed flavor. Make sure to park close if it’s cold outside lol.
