I was debating whether I should leave a review for this but I think, for safety’s sake, it must be said.
My husband went to his weekly game night yesterday and my mother and I decided to order pizza. We are both disabled and keep the door locked for safety. Except this time my husband forgot to lock the door. Normally, this wouldn’t be a huge issue except the guy delivering decided to just let himself into my house????
Yes I had put unit A in on the website but that’s only because the delivery option wouldn’t go through without a unit for some reason. My mother can’t walk well and I wasn’t about to leave her alone to grab it myself just in case. And even if neither of us was disabled and we had ordered delivery, why would he have let himself into my house? The instructions CLEARLY said for him to knock on the left door and leave the food. My entry way has a glass door to the front hallway and a wooden door just to the left. There wasn’t any way to miss it.
The food was awesome as usual but I will be limiting my purchases to when someone can drive for pick up. I don’t trust a place where the delivery driver just walks into my house. 0 stars

The staff at this location are AMAZING ANGEL HUMANS!!!! I pulled up to the window to pick up my order and my car’s E brake malfunctioned and got stuck on. I couldn’t move my car an inch. So there I was stuck at their window with my toddler in the car and having no idea what to do. Everyone working was so sweet and did their best to help figure out how to get it moving again. They gave me a lollipop and took such good care of me. Idk how but after almost an hour I finally got my car to move again. Let me tell you, this experience has made me a dominos pizza till I die girly. Everyone working tonight deserves everything good in the world and I hope they know I adore them all endlessly. Thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it! ❤️❤️❤️

I used to order dominoes at least one time a week have a point with there. Cause it was super easy and usually pretty fast. But over the last month. Every time I have ordered or my mother has ordered we have the same delivery driver Randall and without fail every time it takes almost 2 hours to get here and the food is cold. Or we have to reorder it more than once or just refund our order and figure out something else. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I understand short staffed I understand being busy but when I get a text saying my food is on the way and I have to wait for almost two hours every time for my food when I live literally a mile and a half away that is ridiculous. The food always shows up cold or missing or never shows up. I don’t know what’s going on if it’s your system or the driver but I have never ever had this regular or an awful experience at any pizza place or any place like this ever

I arrived on time to pick up my pizza, so it should’ve been fresh instead it was cold and barely warm. The taste was bland with almost no flavor, and even though I paid for extra cheese for my kids, it definitely wasn’t there. Overall experience: 2/10. The workers were cool though.

I ordered 2 pizzas from Domino’s Store # 2931 in Belleville, IL. I have clear instructions on how to deliver pizza. I said to knock on the door and leave pizza on doormat. I received notification that it was there but when my daughter opened the door there was no pizza.
I called the store to inform them that I received a notification but no pizza was on my doormat. I didn’t get the guy name who I spoke with but he assured me that he would get in contact with the delivery driver to see what happened.
As I wait for his call, I told my daughter to look outside the main entrance to the apartment building and sure enough it was sitting outside of my building in the rain instead of in front of my apartment door. Then my daughter tells me a slice of pizza was missing.
I called the store back again and lady name Christy answered the phone and she was very rude. She put me on hold and then the phone hung up. Called back and she was still rude saying she canceled the order because this is a scam. I told her I have no reason to scam anyone. She goes on to say, “There will be a note saying that you can not use a card for delivery. And that the pizza wasn’t out there that long for a slice to be missing.” I told her she did not have to worry about that because I won’t be buying from Domino’s again .
I have NEVER been accused of anything, let alone scamming a business. I definitely will NOT be buying anything from ANY Domino’s again!!!

Never again! Literally never got some of the food, most of it was burnt and they basically stole from us by taking our money but never giving us the product. Been a week and they still haven’t resolved the issue. No refund, no redo, just ” we’ll pass it on”

This was disappointing. Used one of the deal combos. Cheese stuffed 2 topping and Parm bites. Used online to order. I know I pushed philly cheese steak specialty. My favorite. Received order,,Parm bites were undercooked. No color drenched in butter. I had one and it was not good. Open the pizza and was not philly cheese steak. It was just philly meat and red sauce. I called the location 2x to report. Staff could not have been nicer. They offered credits,,but I was hungry I wanted to replace. Sooo,very busy but order arrived,,mind you I tipped 6$ for first delivery and then another 5$ for second. Opened the notes,,same raw looking bites. I was shocked. I open the pizza,,I did receive correct this time,, tried to get a piece and the middle crust was NOT cooked. Less than 1/3 of the slice was edible. I choose not to call for the 3rd time. Obviously they were so busy cooking bites and pizza were very difficult. Or the oven broke,,no idea. I wasted 35$ on order and tips. I won’t use the location again. Each item needed a second bake. Wound up throwing out entire thing.

This new 5 cheese Mac was so dry from this location . It was burnt too. Andrea made my food & she didn’t do a good job at all.
They still trash . I just hate I have to drive across the city for good pizza . And no attitude . Update ! The pizza is inedible! Burnt and hard ! They never follow instructions on how to make my pizza smh. The worst dominos ever ! It took them 2 hours to deliver my food! So it was just sitting there then my bread came undone ! They are trifling!

Every time we order food from here it has been good. I called and asked for them to cook our pizzas well done and they did, and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had from there. They’re genuinely nice as well, I’ve gone in before and they’re always very kind and helpful.

I don’t know what’s wrong with belleville food service but they are all terrible. This dominos is no exception, pizzas are always wrong and cold because you order and it takes 2hrs to get your food because they can’t keep employees. This is a direct reflection of management because no one is trained or supported at this store.
