This is the 3rd time I have had the Oscar burger and it has some good qualities and not so great ones. First of all, the pickles and bread tasted great, the onions are good and the tomatoes have been fresh.
The first time I had the burger, I tried it as listed on the menu, second time without the spring mix and the 3rd time sans spring mix and grilled onions. Each time, the bun didn’t hold up to the amount of ingredients in the burger and became a soggy mess trying to eat the last half of the burger. The biggest detractor may be that the patties have been a bit tough each time. They taste like they are cooked starting from a frozen start point and mashed too many times while cooking. And lastly, the fries are served with entirely too much rosemary for my taste; it’s an interesting flavor the first time eating but just too much thereafter.

Amazing food and bar experience, Got the Oscar Jr. burger with blue cheese it was amazing, from the crisp sharp pickles to the thin juicy patties with the right amount of flavor. Fries are crisp and clean tasting will definitely go back to try more items like the Cuban sandwich.
