My family has been craving some Pizza Hut as we miss the old Pizza Hut. We haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in years and there is one closer to us, but we saw the reviews for this one and we are definitely coming back to this one. It is ready when we arrived and when I walked in there, the young lady and young man were smiling warmly we fist bumped. She rang me up quickly and the man grabbed the pizzas and cinnamon sticks while bagging my 2 liter. The lady asked if we needed any cheese and red pepper, and I said a few packs of each would do, and when I got home, I was surprised to see they bagged mini-shakers. That blew me away, and I just wanted to shout them out as they went above and beyond. Pizza was fantastic and was nostalgic! Tasted the same as it did years ago! Deals were good too! Cinnamon sticks were great phenomenal! My family will be back!!!

I am tired of this Pizza Hut!!!! I stopped coming to this location because of service but, the $2 Personal Pan deal made me consider giving Pizza Hut another shot.
First Issue: I placed an online order for a designated time. 4 personal pan pizzas. Of course when I arrived, my order wasn’t found. So I had to wait on them to make it.
Second Issue: They put the four personal pans that I ordered into the same box. I mentioned cross contamination, and the young lady at the counter just shrugged. I explained that certain people in my home don’t eat pork. She said that no pork was in my order. Pepperoni?!?!?
Third Issue: Customer service is atrocious! No one cared!
Fourth Issue: The place was nasty! Stained glasses. Dirty utensils. Grimy floors. Nasty!
As a member of the Occupational Safety and Health community, I’m outraged that this is happening! Typically I just say, “I’m not going there again.” But how much can my neighborhood take? This is horrible.

Rasheeda the manager needs to work on her customer service. Her attitude was very nonchalant & unwelcoming. I ordered a hut box. Her employee Ashley gave me my order with mozzarella sticks . I told Ashley that I was supposed to receive boneless wings. She had no problem fixing the order & told me I could keep the mozzarella sticks for the inconvenience. I was satisfied. Rasheeda came back out to address the issue. As I opened the box she took it out my hand and went to the back. When I told her Ashely let me keep the sticks she laughed and said girl and moved on to the next customer. So after I waited an extra 15-20 min. I get my correct food. No dipping sauce for my wings. Ashley had to notify me that they’re outta ranch. The manager did not let me know. Ashley had great customer service. She should be the first person we see. Her attitude was engaging and she was very happy to help us. She smiled the entire time! Thanks Ashley for making my visit that started out crazy , better!

We placed our order online, get there and they say the pizza isn’t ready yet. Not a problem. Then my husband tells me that my flatzz pizza was ready before his and that they had to remake his pizza because it was too cheesy. Getting a little annoyed at this point but still nothing major because we appreciated them trying to make it right. Get home and my pizza is cold and has to be reheated. Open up his personal pizza and its missing the pepperoni not on one BUT BOTH boxes of pizza that they gave him. I can see why your store is hiring. You all clearly don’t want to work or do your jobs. I had to take the pepperoni off of my pizza and put it on his but frankly neither one of us wanted to eat the pizzas after having to go through all of that.

Spoke to a supervisor about my pizza she was very snappy about this pizza . Didn’t want to remake it talking about bring the pizza back when it was delivered. Mention she will replace it and the driver needs the pizza back which isn’t a problem at all. This will be my last time ever ordering from this pizza hunt!!!!It’s barely cheese anywhere and why would you check the pizza since you made it “yourself”. THE MANAGER NAME WAS RASHEEDA.

From the time I called the store, the light skin girl answer the phone personality was wonderful. The manager, which is a female also greeted me great attitude. The other people in the back they were fixing my food. I had no problems. I did order about 10 pizzas and eight separate things of wings I got everything fresh and hot and I appreciate them for everything. This was for my daughter‘s ninth birthday party
