I usually like to come here, but this time it just seemed like they didn’t care.
I sat down with my two year old, it was just me and her and no one approached us until about 5-10 minutes after we sat down. And we were literally the only people in the restaurant during that time. (As showed in the picture below). When she approached us, she did not apologize for the wait, but seemed careless if we were there or not. She was not very friendly or attentive. She never checked up on us after bringing us the food. She did not smile once. The food was over cooked, too greasy and had lots of burned spots as you can see in the picture. Disappointed in the server/ service mostly. Other times it has been great. So that’s why I’m giving 3 stars.

Do not go eat here literally spent like 33 dollars for a little piece of meat with two shrimps and probably 2 spoons of beens lol food was super salty . Also I ordered some yuca con chicharrón that was only yuca you lucky if you get two little pieces of chicharrón lol for the prices they have is not worth it .

We always like to stop here and have lunch, today we had caldo de res, it is so good! The servings are generous and they come with hand made tortillas. Awesome comfort food for sure!

Got there yesterday with family from out of town who wanted salvadorian food. The waitress did give us menus and took our drink order. I normally would not be mind waiting but we were the only ones in there when she took the drink order for us. Next thing you know after talking and waiting for a long time and decides what we wanted we noticed two other groups of 2 and 4 people come in and a different waitress took their drink orders and brought them out right away and came put with an ipad and took their orders. We were ready to order and had not got our drinks by this time so if the other waitresses (2) of them are faster and better why do they make eye contact with you and know you are waiting and want to order yet they dont say anything make any sign to us or even come over and help their coworker. The “not my table, not my problem” type of service is awful for a business. Coming from a former chikfilA employee where they just want to provide great service and make people happy. you can tell these people do not care and will do the bare minimum. no wonder its empty. I would never come back.

Found hair in the to go order, they refused to refund or fix my order. They wanted for me to drive back to the store thru a snow storm and they would only refund what food I brought back from the order. All the recent comments on here I can relate to and obviously they don’t follow proper food handling. health inspector should definitely check this restaurant. They definitely lost a customer.

It literally does not matter how you order your food(in person or on the phone), they will not get you your food in a decent amount of time. This place is dirty, nasty, and the staff are all mean. They are ridiculous, I will never be taking my family here again. It always takes more than an hour to get our food. Don’t believe them if they say only 20-30 minutes, you’re going to be waiting double that for mediocre Pupusas. Ridiculous.
