I visited Pancheros Mexican Grill with a coupon for a buy-one-get-one-free entrée and ordered two steak bowls with no extra add-ons to ensure both were of equal value. However, when it was time to pay, the coupon wouldn’t apply, and rather than honoring the deal, I was charged full price.

Very friendly staff! Quality ingredients. Fresh food. You can go healthy or unhealthy either way it all taste good. You can get the app and track points. They also cater. And have Coke products! I love the grenade sauce. There’s enough options to keep coming back and have fresh choices every time. Course once you find your favorite I fix it if it ain’t broke.

I love this place, but there are two women working here who treat customers very badly. I brought my burrito bowl back yesterday because there was a mistake with the tickets and I was missing two items from my bowl. No biggie, but as I was charged for the guacamole, I wanted it lol. It took 10 minutes of pleading just to get her to look at the receipt as I had proof, but they didnt want to hear it, nor look at it. They were very aggressive and I overheard the other lady call me a pendeja as she remade my bowl even though I did not engage in the disrespect being hurled my way from staff. I am a regular customer and always treat others with respect as I work in the service industry as well, so I am confused by this experience.

A blast from my past. I live in the south and only get pancheros when I come up north. I was pleased to see it in Columbia so I had to visit. Queso tastes just like I remember. I think they should grill the finished burrito after it’s bobed and rolled. I think that would add a little more texture to the tortilla.

I got my hopes up to try this place, I’ve tried all of the competitors and thought they were okay. First of all the staff were all great! The food was just fair, the chicken and steak was lacking in flavor 🙁
The sauce was pretty good as was the queso. The standout were the chips, perfectly salty with a great cook on them. I’ll probably try one more time to see if it improves.

THE BEST Pancheros around is HERE! Every time I get delivery from their online app they give me an over the top order! They don’t skip around, they mean business! This location goes over the top for their customers. They even put a smiley face on your receipt. 🙂

The experience is similar to a Chipotle. The ingredients look to be of higher quality. For those concerned with price, it is on the cheaper side. The employees were friendly and quick at making our bowls. Some of the booths for dining in have very tight seating.

Ordered a burrito with chips and queso and received no chips. Had to drive out to the store to get my missing item. If I’d known they couldn’t fulfill a simple order for delivery, I’d have just gone there myself in the first place. Staff seemed annoyed that I wanted something I paid for.
