I’ve come here 4 times over the past two months and every time I have a phenomenal experience. I come around 11am to 2pm and the pan i purchase is always soft and fresh, and they have a fantastic selection of pan dulce and pastries. Their goods are made with love. I’m always assisted quickly and happily, they are patient with me. I love coming here! They have definitely earned a new regular customer.

The BEST tamales in the high desert! I’m picky when it comes to tamales and am rarely impressed but these and huge and the masa is always very moist. Sometimes they sell out early so if your going late in the day it might be smart to call ahead to make sure they still have what you want. Also their pastries are so good!

Fresh Mexican sweet bread, large variety. Also a lot of different fancy caramel and desserts. The employee Ruby was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Every time I visit my in-laws in California from the east coast I make sure to come to this Mexican bakery to get pan dulce to bring back home. I bring two boxes of bread. The bread is the best I have ever tasted of any Mexican bakery in the US. They are so good they can rival some bakeries in Mexico.

Very upset that I went in today and this is the 2nd time I get old bread, or they mix old bread with new bread!

I go to your bakery for fresh hot bread, not bread that taste and smells it’s about to expire. (The Bolio)

Last time I got a mix of old hard concha’s with new ones.

The service as other reviews mention, certain ladies that work there are rude.

We are paying customers.

Will no longer be a customer, tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but today confirmed no longer going back.

Freshest pan in Hesperia. No competition.
Tamales, champurado and pastels also served.
Still the best in the High Desert 2/12/24
UPDATE 11/20/25 Seasonal tamales are stocked up. Pan is still the freshest in the HD. Cakes are beautifully decorated and very appealing. Cash or card.

The smell in the parking lot alone flashed me back to growing up going to LA and San Fernando bakeries. The Staff beyond nice and courteous. Spanish and English help this amazing trip even better. The hours are great, youre going to need at least 1 pot if coffee haha. Will return!!!
