Wonderful dog friendly atmosphere. the staff is down to earth and personable, the chef Stephanie is incredibly talented and always makes me something special. It’s funny once you start coming she just learns what you like!
today my boyfriend and I were starving and she was about to close but whipped us up this delicious meal that hit the spot. The soup is incredible, you won’t be searching for chicken & the burger looked amazing. The iced coffee is always my fav beverage to top it off.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant on more than one occasion. Doing so gave me punches on their loyalty card which they DO NOT even honor. I ordered “The Hill” (a chicken salad sandwich artisan style with cheese). The menu listed price is $13 and I had a loyalty card with a 15% punch. However, after purchasing for $13.60 (didn’t honor my 15% discount), I open the box to see no cheese added despite the box being marked as such. See photos for verification!
The food is good, but the prices and service is not worth your effort. If you’re looking for a similar, but better menu I’d recommend Mansours or anywhere else. Normally, I’d say you’re paying the high price for service, quality or attention to detail, but definitely not the case. Be warned you won’t be served your order as requested and they won’t hold up their own policies.

A cute place to get lunch in the Steamtown Mall. The kids chicken tenders were huge and the fruit bowl was fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. I got the Cosgrove sandwich, which was pretty good. Our server was very sweet and helpful.

I didn’t imagine I could have such a wholesome, caring dining experience inside of the steam town mall but this restaurant is worth the trip to the mall all on its own. The Chef Steph was so warm and considerate of our unique needs at the table and she made it an exceptional experience with food, service and dining in. The server didnt rush us, helped us select our food and was quick to refill. We stayed for over an hour and if you haven’t tried Downtown Cosgroves yet – you should! I’d give it more stars if I could. Say hi to Steph & Pete and they will make it a special experience for you

This was the second time ordering here. Subpar all around in my opinion. The lady taking my order seemed to be in a rush and was taking my order way too fast to even care. Not worth the money. The potato wedges are so big I may as well be biting into a potato like an apple that tastes mainly of oil. Also found a small plastic bristle in my sandwich, thank god I saw it before i ate it.

This morning we had breakfast there, it was incredibly good, our server said they didn’t have orange juice but she did offer different choices, I choose RC Cola, it was incredibly refreshing. The Home Fries were very delicious, the pepper gave it a good kick. The Bacon was incredibly savory as well. The next time we’re in Steamtown Mall we’ll definitely have breakfast here again.
