Me and my buddy came to check this place out not knowing what it was, and it was the best experience, all the servers were so nice and helpful management was great, and the food was even better. Only thing I wish they could do was give me a bigger appetite. I’m definitely coming back on opening day wednesday!

If you like a slightly sweet BBQ with a little twang from vinegar then this is your place. I would have given it 5 stars but the music was too loud, it was hard to carry on a conversation across the table. A bit pricey so be prepared. You order in line then sit down and they bring to food to your table. I highly recommend Jim ‘N Nick’s BBQ.

Went to the drive thru to pick up a smoked turkey family meal for $39.99. The drive thru service was impeccable. Probably ten minutes from the time I ordered to getting my food. Everything was packaged perfectly. They’re really on top of it in the drive thru. The turkey was juicy and smokey. Excellent flavor profile with a phenomenal bark on the turkey. The cheesy cornbread rolls are next level. The coleslaw was fresh and crunchy. Excellent on the palette with the smoked turkey. The beans had a wonderful green pepper note in the sticky sweet flavor. The cheesy and gooey mac & cheese was seriously good as well. The amount of food was surprising. It say it feeds 2-4 people but it was honestly more like 4-6. Everything was fantastic and a great value. We ate off that meal all weekend. Sunday I made a smoked turkey omelet with the leftovers. This place is a welcome addition to the Alcoa food scene. I highly recommend a visit and will be going back very soon. The survey on the receipt gets you $5 off your next purchase. Next up will be the ribs.

Kinda weird – only place ya get a waitress is at bar. Otherwise order at To Go window, get a numbered flag, find a seat at empty table(?), & wait.
But food is amazing! Ribs are killer, brisket sandwich is amazing! Even sides are real good – beans, collard greens, coleslaw! We’ll be back – at the bar! And cheese biscuits are awesome!

Incredible meal and outstanding service. We had never been to a Jim ‘N Nicks before but have been looking for a new B-B-Q place since our favorites are out of town. This one is now our favorite! Cori, one of the managers is beyond sweet and is a shining example of how customer service should been done. It all lies with her bubbly and engaging personality. We will definitely return.

Food was outstanding Spencer is a manly man I am defiantly coming back. First time here and without a doubt will come back anytime I can. Great service wonderful staff.
